Well , I have gave this thought and i'm moving over to the Johnson up day down day diet , as by its one day of 500 cals the next up to 2000 which I won't take it too , but aiming for 1600 .
I will post on that forum shortly . But found LL was not for me , as I could not take anything postive home with me from my first time .
So your missing the orange bars , yes they are yummy and the choc ready made are nice half frozen .
with my up day diet and down day diet , on the day i'll be on CD .
How about doing something like that ?
