I am trying to lose weight and have a treadmill in my garage that I wanted to get motivated to use. I downloaded a podcast free from itunes called couch to 5k - it starts with jogging for 60 secs then walking for recovery then jogging again for 60 secs and you build it up as you go along. I have found this really helpful and motivating as I am not a runner but found I can do this, your jogging increases after week 1 week 2 etc. Have a look and see what you think
