I admit, I often take Sennakot the day before to help things along lol. Had to take some tonight because I'm in agony with my stomach (lack of sleep does strange things to my body!)

Well my scales are showing a STS this morning 
husband lost 2.5lbs this week, so he's now lost 10lbs in 3 weeks!
I actually had a dream last night that my scales were 3lbs heavier than SW so got a nice surprise when I went to WI. Can only hope that comes true?! Lol
