the air is blue in my house! Am up 2 on yesterday so the same as last week's WI on Thursday. Have done nothing to cause this but then realised its halfway through my month when I always stay the same so can handle it.........................sort of lol

You had a great day food wise yesterday, i suppose its one of the downfalls of weighing in every day. I find mine goes from 14st 9lbs to 14st 11lbs at least once a week and ive eaten more or less the same. Chin up though

Isn't it crazy how a scales can show a 2 or 3lb difference in a day!!!

I was 8st 9 yesterday.......this morning 8st 7
I think it's just mad!

Was a serial weigher but battery went in scales, so I haven't got round to getting another one. I will try my best just to forget about them and believe I'm doing the best I can!
