Been out and done some serious retail therapy, won't worry too much about the credit card! Unfortunately returned to some bad news, my nan is very unwell in hospital so will be lurking around keeping my mind busy.

Rayven? I have the Tesco own fizzy water at 17p for 2 litres. It stays fizzy for ages.

Evening all, havent been about much the past few days .... Ive been very naughty and off the diet over eating carbs, totm for me at the moment and I always find it so hard and kick myself at how easily I give in every month!!

Anyway ... tomorrow I meet with my new cdc and will be back on the wagon, hopefully she will be able to help me keep on the straight and narrow. So I shall be back about tomorrow, hopefully in a very positive can do mood.
