Feels like forever ago, the ribs were great, just had them straight from the slow cooker this time no need to brown off in oven, they were m&s yellow label ones
Have been on track for 11 days now and I'm doing okay, weight still above posted but i'm sure it'll be back at low next week. Lost a bunch over the weekend but its stayed the same all week so far (yea should weigh less often....).
Not sure why I'm hitting self destruct everytime 200 comes in sight, will have to make sure I get past it this time. Strange barrier, must get past it this time.
