Jessabelles Food Diary!!

its 2 normal baby bel,and 3 light ones so ya get a bonus lol,i dont like them personally weird really cause i love all other cheese,did you know if you do green you can have cheese an as healthy extra b so could have even more baby bels lol
 
Tried some savoury rice for lunch today... didn't work out too well. I must have overcooked it cus it went dry and lumpy lol. Still tasted ok though!

Tuesday 7th July - Green

Breakfast - SW rice pudding (HEA)

Snack - Banana, 2 Alpen Light bars (HEB)

Lunch - Batchelors Mild Mexican savoury rice, Activia fat free forest fruits yogurt, raspberries

Tea - 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HEB), with cheese (HEA) and BBQ baked beans

Snacks - 1 Penguin wafer (4.5 syns), 1 cherry Muller corner yogurt (5.5 syns)

Syns Total - 10 syns
 
Wednesday 8th July - Green

Breakfast - SW rice pudding (HEA)

Snack - Blueberries, 2 Alpen Light bars (HEB)

Lunch - Batchelors Macaroni Cheese pasta & sauce (1 syn), Activia fat free blueberry yogurt, blackberries

Tea - Homemade potato wedges, mushy peas and egg fried in fry light.

Snacks - 1 Penguin wafer (4.5 syns), 1 small piece of Yorkie (3 syns??)

Syns Total - 8.5 syns
 
Grrr.... just had one of those days today! Not even going to blog todays food. A customer bought some cookies for us at work so i had one. Only one though. Then i spent a couple of hours up at hospital so by the time i had tea at my dads i was starving. Started off healthy with stir fry then he bought out the cheesecake. Oh well, tomorrows another day so i shall stay on the wagon! xx
 
Wasn't feeling too hungry today. I think i overdosed on cheesecake last night lol. I spent most of the afternoon baking so i didn't really think of eating. And i wanted to save my syns so i could have a slice of bakewell tart i was making. I think i've synned it right...maybe...lol

Friday 10th July - Green

Lunch - Batchelors pilau rice

Tea - Smash pizza topped with onion, mushrooms, sweetcorn and low fat mozzarella (HEA)
Slice of homemade bakewell tart (8 syns??)

Omg i was sooo trying to be good today! And i was up until tea time. I resisted the bakewell i took in for everyone at work! But i went to bingo this evening and there was no veggie food! :mad: I was so hungry though, i ate a bowl of chips and mushy peas. I can't believe i caved. I really don't think i will have lost any weight this week but i spose as long as i don't put any on its not too bad. I'm going to be soo good tomorrow and fill up on free foods which will be easier as its my day off x

Saturday 11th July - Green

Sunday 12th July - Green

I've had one of those days today. I think i've been good but only because i haven't eaten a lot. I've been in loads of pain with my hip today so i took a tramadol tablet. Last time i took one i was ill. I thought i'd try again though but the same happened. I've spent most of the day lying on the sofa feeling sick and dizzy. I even had a little sleep this afternoon. I just couldn't face any food so my fry up tea went down the pan so i ended up just having a pasta n sauce. I'm off work again tomorrow so i'm going to try and make some yummy soup for this week as a change to my normal pasta.

Monday 13th July - Green
Had another day of feeling a bit poo. Couldn't face a lot to eat again. I did make a soup (Tomato and Bean) though to take to work this week as a change to all the pasta i eat. Fell out with o/h too so i think that made me less hungry as i stress over things and lose my appetite. Got my hospital appointment in the morning which is worrying me but after that i'm at work so i think my eating will be back on track x

Tuesday 14th July - Green
Had my hospital appointment this morning so didn't really get to have a proper breakfast - just managed to have my Alpen bars in the car on the way. My homemade soup was absolutely scrummy and such a nice change to pasta & sauce!! Going to take some more to work tomorrow. Trying to change some of the foods i eat cus i seem to eat a lot of the same things. Any ideas are welcome!! x
