- Semi-Skimmed milk - HEA

Lunch
- Sweet & Sour Mugshot

Tea
- Stir-fry with tofu & extra mushrooms, teriyaki sauce - 4 syns

Snacks
- Melon
- Activia Fat Free vanilla yogurt
- 2 Alpen Light bars - HEB

- 1 Penguin Wafer - 4.5 syns

Hi I'm new, and only going to my 3rd weigh in tomorrow, and already I've had a bad week. I need some help, on sat night I drank more than my body weight in syns, and my 1st weeks weigh in i had 4.5 lbs off, i think i'm gonna have a lb or 2 on, and I can't stop....some words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

- Jacket potato, 2 Quorn sausages & beans
- 1 tbsp extra light mayo - 1/2 syn

- Activia Fat Free vanilla yogurt
- 1 Weetabix Oaty bar- HEB
- 1 Penguin Wafer - 4.5 syns

Had a good day syn wise but i'm just not losing anything. I'm feeling do depressed about it. Where am i going wrong? :(

- Homemade SW rice pudding - HEA (for semi-skimmed milk)
- 2 tsp reduced sugar jam - 1 syn

Lunch
- Sweet & Sour mugshot

- 1 Weetabix Oaty bar - HEB

- Omelette made with 2 eggs, cheese (HEA), mushrooms and spring onions

Rfeally need a kick up the bum to make sure i keep writing this diary daily. If i see what im eating i tend to stick to it more. So beat me if i dont please!! lol

Doing okay! Was a bit bloated last night and today but i'm sticking to it!

I've done crap today. Really bad. But im going to post what i ate so you can all beat me with a stick!

- Virtually fat free cottage cheese

- Chickpea dahl & rice

- Apple
- 3 mini babybel lights - HEA
- 1 Weetabix oaty bar - HEB

Back on the wagon properly again. And that is definatley the last time i say that! I need to lose this weight. I can't keep saying i'm fat then not doing anything about it. I'm going to lose a stone before the end of September!!

Good day but was really craving something gooey and stodgy tonight! I resisted and ate a penguin wafer instead. How good am i? lol
