Ketosis with Celb Slim?

Hi I did CD and LL both SS and I know what Ketosis is like and im at the end of day 2 on CS and im sure Im starting to go into the K mode lol my mouth nadd hands cold anyone know if we ketosis?xx Thanx xx

Agree with you Howdy, you would probably only use a few of them.

Sometimes you can drop out of ketosis The LL counsellor I had said to check on stix if your not losing weight??????

If you are sticking to the plan and losing weight, I wouldnt worry about weeing on a stick to confirm why.

Can see though if you are not losing (and havent cheated) why they might be useful.
