Yup, have done fine so far.

For the first weel i did 22 points as i calulated wrongly! and lost 4lbs first week.

I will and can do it, i need a loss that will get me off this fecking mini platuex ive encountered!

Great idea starlight. Im normally on 23 points but am kick starting on 18 points this week. It will be a struggle because Im out for dinner on Thursday, Friday and saturday this week but I plan to look at the menus before I go. No alcohol for me this week either!

KS 100% for me!
Im not struggling yet or hungry - it will be this evening when i miss my dessert!

Ive shaved off though 3,100 calories though a day.......man that does seem alot doesnt it?

I'm a slow starter, with 2 STS since my first 5lb loss. (I've not been 1005 tho)
So the discipline of KS should be good.

right im in starting from tomorrow. How many points should i be usinf then if im normally on 26pt, and can you still eat your bonus points when u goto gym???
