Laura's last EVER diet!!

Have been a bit of a self saboteur today - a bag of mini eggs found their way into my mouth...and I weigh in at 7pm! AND I'm having a curry after weigh in tonight...I will have a 100% week next week! I'm all over the place at the minute, thinking I may try to maintain between now and over the Easter hols while I'm off work then get back to losing after that. I've a lot going on over the next 3 weeks and think this may stop me losing the plot and having big gains...and if I lose any in the next few weeks then its just a bonus! X

A lot going on socially or emotionally? Naughty mini eggs, they are as bad as maltesers for disappearing into mouths stealthily. Good luck for WI hun. I think you will already be there though
 
I love mini eggs they are one of my faves! You will get it back under control Hun just try some damage limitation until then x

I am a binge eater. I always have been and i think it's something I am always going to struggle with! This is the first time I've admitted to it and I need to reign it in. I think my trigger is genuine greed - and that's the truth. I go through phases I simply eating whatever I want to excess. I need to learn the meaning of 'a little of what you fancy' ... Or start going cold turkey!

I also have no willpower at the minute...I am the one suggesting pizza/KFC etc with OH asking 'are you sure?' And it's not right. I'm doing this for me an I know I still want to continue losing weight. I've reached an 11st7 mental Block which I can't seem to pass, am 11st 9 at the min, BUT (and I know in recent months I've said this 1million times!!) this has got to be it for me - if I don't get back to losing consistently by the end of this countdown I can't afford to keep paying someone to tell me I've gained weight or stayed the same!!

I've decided to take the plunge and am going to do my first session of bootcamp with my friend in tow tomorrow night! I'm going to aim to go to at least 2, if not 3 sessions a week for a month, and I will take before and after shots and post them on here for you all to see! Having looked on their website some of the 4 week transformations are insane!! EEK!!!

Right - today's food:-
B- wholemeal roll (HEX B) bacon, marg (0.5 SYNS) sauce (0.5 SYNS) apple

L- jacket, beans, salad.

D- homemade carbonara - pasta, creme fraiche (4.5 SYNS) Parmesan (HEX A) onion. Fruit after.

Yesterday I was way over syns after a run in with some mini eggs and an oil and bread laden dinner at my parents (YUM!) so today is the first 100% day of my week.

Here I go, wish me luck!!

Heya babe! Ah so lovely to see you back here. Don't beat yourself up too much because last week you inspired me SO much with your on-going 100% days and it inspired me to finally take the plunge and get back on track. Thank you so much for that! You can do this :) I think that's a good idea to aim for a maintain till after Easter. Of course a loss would be a bonus but as you said it might help you not go OTT and have a big gain and sort of let too lose.

Have you started in your new job yet or is the one you have been in for a while now? Also, how is the new house going?

Not started new job yet Tracey, it's all a bit complicated! And the house is great but I'm missing Chris, he is home for a while after next week so looking forward to that's!

100% today, just had an enormous SW carbonara, quite synful with the creme fraiche and Parmesan but within my dailies so I'm happy!

Today's food:-
B- wholemeal roll (HEX B) flora (0.5 SYNS) sauce (0.5 SYNS) bacon.

L- jacket, beans, cheese (HEX A) apple wotsits (6 SYNS)

D- mug veg soup, pasta, low fat creme fraiche (6 SYNS) Parmesan (1.5 SYNS) onion, garlic.

14.5 SYNS for the day!

100% and feeling good! May have a mullerlight in a bit as fancying something sweet but not sure if I'm too cold!

L- pub for lunch - standard jacket & beans I think, and if not then gammon & jacket. Either way will have salad.

D- burgers w/lean mince (2 SYNS) bun (HEX B) cheese (HEX A) chips & carrots in actifry w/frylight, salad on burger, BBQ sauce (2 SYNS)

So far so good! X

Hi ladies - I'm ok thanks! Had a bit of a diet melt down and spent two weeks eating everything in sight, which resulted in a 4.5lb gain last night! Today is my fresh start and I am determined to have a good week, even though I've a night out on Monday planned with the girls (night before WI!) I will be eating clean all week, trying to use syns within meals and have a bit of a chocolate detox, and OH and I have gone a little mad and bought the insanity workouts (£105!!!!) which will arrive tomorrow ready to start on Friday! Apparently they are amazing for fat burning, toning up and increasing fitness fast, which we both need for our great north run in September too! Sorry for not posting in such a long time, hoping my head is finally getting back in the game!

Today's food:-
Late breakfast - sw breakfast quiche, apple.

Lunch - wholemeal bread roll (HEX B) chicken, lots of lettuce & peppers, flora (0.5) mayo (0.5) walkers baked stars (5)

Dinner - chicken thighs, maggi so juicy (2) corn on the cob, salad, 40g reduced fat cheddar (HEX A) mullerlight

8 syns planned for the day.

Wow, that is a lot to make you feel owwy. Hope they work well for you both. Wishing you all the luck for this week. Breakfast quiche sounds awesome.

It was really good Fran, not long had it to be honest, but quite hungry so think I might make lunch in a wee while! Xx

My next goals are:-
1) -4.5 - Easter gain gone, and 2 stone award back (11st 9)
2) -3lbs - below 11st 7, mental block (11st 6)
3) -2lbs - overweight category, no longer obese (11st 4)
4) -5lbs - below 11st (10st 13)

I think giving myself something to aim for may help! Here I go again!!

Thought I would share to spur me on, what are yours? Xxx
