Hey, been Judding on and off for a couple of weeks, but have now started afresh, giving "hannah's way" a go! Started on Tuesday, fasting from 5pm to 5pm. So my 2nd fast day ends today at 5pm, then double ups for the weekend, until next fast day begins 5pm sun!
So this fast day I have had:
187 mls wine (last night) - 130 cals
65 mls skimmed milk - 22 cals
crab sticks (wholle pack) - 210 cals
salad leaves - 20 cals
dressing - 35 cals
TOTAL 417 cals
Looking forward to dinner at a friends tonight to start off my UD
PS not weighing til sometime next week as dont want to be put off, as had a big eating week before the fresh start x
