Tuesday - Day 6

L: Mackerel Fillets in Tomato sauce, 2 slices Hovis (HEB + 2 syns), Kiwi fruit
D: Steak, roasted vegetables
S: Milk 250ml(HEA)

Day 7 - Weigh in Day !

B: Muller, fruit
L: Steak, grilled veggies, mashed turnip
D: Baked potato, tub cottage cheese and pineapple (3), fresh fruit as 1/3 superfree afterwards
S: HEA Milk, HEB Fibre bar
Syns: 3
 
Day 4, week 1

B: Muller, blueberries, apple, coffee
L: Lentil and vegetable soup, 2 slices Hovis (HEB + 2 syns), apple
D: Beef chilli, Cous cous and roasted Cauliflower.
S: HEA, Milk in a latte.

Week 4 - Day 2

B: Muller, fruit, coffee
L: Vegetable and lentil soup, 2 slices hovis (HEB + 2 Syns), melon, apple
D: Chicken Korma, cous cous, veggies :D
S: HEA Milk as a latte, Fibre plus bar (6) and a Options hot choc (3)

Day 3 - Saturday

B: Oats (HEB), fruit
L: Vegetable Omelette, cheese (HEA)
D: Chicken Korma, veggies
Syns: Total of 19. Ate a packet of mint aero bubbles (9.5) an Options (3) and then a Pombear packet of crisps (6.5) To be honest I'm alright with that as we were at cinema, and I rarely if ever use all my syns. Still under for the week so far.

Day 4 - Sunday
B: Fry up, bacon, beans, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, sausages (5) Hovis (HEB +2 Syns)
L: ??
D: Noodles in spicy chicken broth with frozen stir fry veggies

Monday

B: Muller, melon, nectarine
L: Rice noodles, stirfry veg,
D: Fish fillet, corn on cob, beetroot and turnip

Tuesday:

B: Muller, apple, melon
L: China Buffet king. Not my first choice but I made the best of it.
1 plate of salad with some sweet and sour chicken (5), vegetable foo yung (2), then plate of apple and orange, with some more vegetable foo yung (2), 1/2 a satay stick (no sauce) (3) ? and 1/2 a piece of chicken Katsu (8)
D: none, too full and feel minging, :(
S: Milk (HEA)
Syns: are all approximate as can find hee haw on the syns online. Only the sweet and sour chicken and it was about a tablespoon or so. About 23.
 
Weds - weigh in day - 2lbs off. Got my 1stone award tonight, taking me to 15.5lbs off in 4 weeks.

Today has been a nightmare, barely had time to eat been so busy. Having a very late and large dinner. Not pleased with todays intake at all, I feel very irresponsible. :(

Taster session: Slice cake (1), a plum, a samosa (1), piece chicken, bit if potato flip pie.
D: Peppered Quorn steak, Cabbage and celery fry.

Monday - Week 5 day 1. Where does the time go?

L: Turkey breast/steak, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and a caterpillar from mums garden
S: Milk HEA latte, HEB Fibre bar
D: Steak, chips, peppers, cabbage and celery. Maybe a cheeky corn cob.

Not stopped all day today and I'm shattered

Narrowly missed a car crash, drove mum about all day, in and out shops, carrying all her shopping, argument with very rude van driver about blocking a disabled space (No I can't park anywhere else you ignorant wee man), home, husbands no well, clean fish tank, walk dog.

I'm done in.

Week 5 day 2 - Friday - Curry night :D AND I USED SYNS TODAY!

B: Muller, plums
L: Yasai udon soup, 3 pieces of sushi AND a M&S choc dessert (9.5), some lovely popcorn tea.
S: 1 greengage, an apple.
D: Lamb curry from cookbook, , veggies
S: Fiberbar (HEB) (HEA) Milk.
Syns: say the full 15 for today, not sure how much the sushi set me back in addition to the choc dessert.

Saturday - Week 5 day 3

B: M&S thick creamy vanilla yog, 2 scan bran (2 syns), and strawberries
L: 2 slices wholemeal nimble (HEB), tin mackerel in tomato sauce
D: Roast chicken, Pasta, cabbagey stew as veg, pickled onions, beetroot.
S: HEA (Milk) HEB (Nimble)
Syns: SB (2) Slice of choc fudge cake (13+)?

I didnt make the choc fugde cake it was from guests, so most def not SW friendly, but it was nice, I dont do it every weekend, so using my syns from today and tomorrow to cover it and I think it should be okay.

Monday Week 5 day 5 - well today went totally Boobs up.

B: Shape zero, plums, apple, popcorn tea, Scan Bran (1)
L: Cabbage, leek and passata stew with chicken, orange if room (OH there was room and MORE)
D: Tin potatoes, 2 slices bacon, beans. Cherries
S: 28g cheese (HEA) HEB Fibre bar.
Syns: 13.5

Didn't get dinner til about 8PM. Totally ridiculous. hence the random throwing stuff in a pan, as I wasnt at home. Starving had a cup of coffee (0.5), a teacake (5.5) and a piece of fruit bread (5) . Oh and a Jaffa cake (2.5) at DH grannies. Its her birthday you see so we were out before DH goes away on business.

Not impressed with today but not gutted either. Still within syns, but missed 1/3 of superfree at dinner.

L: Carrots, celery, peas and peppers, fruit salad (totally ran out of time to make anything proper and the shops are crap), dressing 1 syn
D: Fish, chips and veggies. Roasted pepper, pickled cabbage. Om nom nom.
S: Cheese (HEA) HEB - Fibre bar
Syns: one hazlenut options (3) and the Scan bran (2)

Thats 18.5lbs off in 5 weeks, I'm fairly happy with that. Actually no I'm very happy, thats almost rivalling Cambridge diet at the moment, although I'm sure it will slow down soon. And I got slimmer of the week again, so that was cool too.

Today was a pure mental day been very busy and so tired. Just want a cuddle from the hubby and a wee coorie in. No joy as he's not home til tomorrow evening. Ah well. Tomorrow it will be then.
 
Week 6 - day 1

L: Pot noodle in a mug, plums, apple, orange
D: Steak, husbands home, chips, onions and mushrooms in gravy (4).
