Right. Back on it. Trying to eat healthier not to lose weight. So Day 1 (Wed), Preg day 22W6D

B: One shredded wheat, one ryvita (HEB) and milk from HEA, decaff coffee.
S: Apple, 2 tangerines
L: Salmon fillet, noodles, stir fry veggies, broth (Basically Wagamama soup)
S: 2 plums
D: Roast chicken, potatoes, veggies
S: Linessa Pear yoghurt (5.5), 2 Choc snack a jacks (7)

Day 2 (Thurs), Preg 23W

B: Omlette with 28g cheese, mushrooms and peppers (HEA)
L: 2 slices Hovis (HEB + 2 syns) Baked beans, Cherry tomatoes, golden Kiwi
S: Orange
D: Leftover chicken, Pasta/savoury rice, veggies
S: 250ml semi skimmed milk (6 will check this later ), 2 choc snackajacks (7)

Had a few wobbles over days 1-2, too many snackajacks, one lentil curry instead of roast chicken etc, so didn't stick to those plans at all, but did manage a bit healthier over the whole day.

Today - Day 3 Preg 23W 1D

B: 1/2 large mango, 1 large orange, 1 yellow kiwi, 1 mullerligt and a decaff coffee
L: Toast and Beans, (HEB plus 2 syns), cherry tomatoes, spicy mushrooms
D: Vegetable Omlette, beans (all about the beans just now),
S: HEA milk, will update more during the day
 
Day 4 - Preg day 23 W 2D

B: 2 eggs, mixed with beans and cherry tomatoes as an omlette, decaff coffee
S: 2 Alpen lights (6), apple (7 syns)
L: 2 chicken Drumsticks, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices hovis (HEB + 2 syns), some cous cous cold (picnic whilst walking), water
S: Apple, can diet coke, raw carrot.
D: Aplen bar (3), potato and dill soup with last leftover boiled egg sliced (2), fat free natural yoghurt over sliced strawberries, banana and apple.
S: HEA milk as a latte, cheese toastie using 28g cheddar and 2 slices Hovis (whoops :()
Syns for the day: 34
Body magic: Walked 7.2 Km most of it uphill whilst carrying a rucksack and almost 6 months pregnant. Not bad I think!

Day 5, Sunday, Preg 23W 3d

Pre Breakfast: Apple and tea
B: Hovis (HEB + 2 syns) and beans, mushrooms, chilli, and onion
S: Muller, small banana, water, orange
L: Potato and Dill soup (2)
S: Banana
D: Roast Chicken, potatoes, roast peppers, cauli, broccoli, gravy (2)
S: Milk (HEA)
Syns: 6
Body Magic: Going to got for a walk with Lexie and see if I can get up ti the 10000 step target for today.

Day 6, Preg 23W 4d

B: Wholemeal hovis roll (HEB), 2 fried eggs, marmite, teaspoon ketchup (0.5), pineapple yog Lidl (5.5), cup of tea
S: Orange, banana, water
L: Potato and dill soup (2)
S: Apple,
D: Changed plan, went out for dinner, had a choc milkshake and coconut shrimp and fries at restaurant.
S: Pre bed banana and hot drink using any leftover HEA milk. Maybe some extra soup if hungry (2)
Syns: ??? Flexi syn day due to dining out.
Body magic: Aiming for at least 8000 steps today but will try to push to 10000

B: Toffee Muller, 2 bananas and an apple, cupotea.
L: Fatfree Supernoodles, chicken, vegetables
D: some fried rice from chinese and 3 beef satay skewers.
S: Orange, apple

B: None - lie in
L: Strawberries, 2 slices Hovis (HEB+2 SYNS), 2 eggs scrambled and wee snackpot beans. Decaff coffee.
S: Orange, apple, banana
D: Steak, baked potato, veggies
S: Muller, rest milk from HEA
Syns: 2
 
Day 9 - Didn't go so well.

B: Banana, apple
B2: 2 white rolls and 3 eggs, decaff coffee
L: Bowl Muesli and milk, bowl choc cereal and milk
S: Frozen yoghurt
D: Macaroni cheese and chips at bingo, 2 cups of tea
S: Another bowl of cereal and milk.

Appalling really...

Day 10 (Been up since 4:30) :(

B: Banana, Orange, Muller, decaff coffee
L: Out with husband, tomato and lentil soup, roast beef and horseradish sandwich.
D: Sirloin steak, Pasta, mixed veggies.

Day 11. Trying to be better Weight gain at 24 weeks, 11lbs.

B: HEB Crunchy Bran, banana, HEA milk, decaff tea
L: Ham pickle sandwich from Pret a Manger, bag of cheese onion popcorn
S: Orange wedges and apple at derby game,
D: Sirloin steak and Marshalls mac cheese, pickles
S: slice banana cake wih cinnamon buttercream icing.
S: apple and herbal tea.

Think I've had my first Green day, so if anyone spots anything amiss can they let me know?

B: 42g Crunchy bran (HEB1), Milk (HEA1) decaff coffee, muller
S: Apple, decaff tea
L: Marshals macaroni cheese reheated from yesterday, brocolli, cauliflower and carrots
S: Bowl of lentil and vegetable soup, apple
D: Mustard mash (? for mustard), 2 fried eggs and a snackpot of baked beans
S: Pineapple ice lolly (55 cals, 2.5 syns) 1 Bourbon biscuit (63 calories 3 syns)
S: Milk (HEA2), orange before bed
Total syns: 5.5 syns
 
Day 13

B: 28g porridge oats (HEB) made with water and muller stirred through. Orange. decaff coffee milk (HEA)
L: Roll with chips from chippy and jar mussels
D: Birdseye Chicken Chargrill (4.5), pasta, pesto (2tbsp @ 5syns) and vegetables
S: Mixed pickles, lentil soup if needed and muller

L: Lentil and vegetable soup (It's a dreich day here in Glasgow :( ), apple, melon

D: Leftover chicken and rice with veggies

Syns - None went a bit mental yesterday on crisps and fruit and nut. Estimate about 60syns worth of rubbish, so no syns until Thurs/Fri.
