UNLEASHING THE BEAST!
Day 1 04/05/2010 EXTRA EASY- Ate LOADS. Feel slightly guilty at eating so much, my dieting and food radar are somewhat off kilter after so many attempts at getting to a normal weight.

B - Crunch Bran, milk (HEA & B)
S - Pawpaw, apple, grapes, can juice (2)
L - Spinach, potato, onion, tomato (currired) with a block of frozen coley.
D - Pork rib steak (5.5), loads of veggies to fill rest of plate, gravy (2.5)
S - More grapes (ate about half a punnet yesterday) and half a melon.

Total 10/10 syns.

Again feeling a bit guilty about sheer volumes of food consumed but have been assured its all natural etc.
 
Day 2 - Extra Easy

B - 2 fried eggs, 1/2 tin beans, onion, mushroom and tomatoes. Wholemeal roll with marmite (HEB) and a coffee (HEA) (stuffed)
S - 1 slice melon, and a wee bunch grapes, 3 EL laughing cows (3)
L - Bean and vegetable soup (about 3 pm as was full until then!)
S - Muller light
D - Roast chicken, skin removed, potatoes (roasted with fry light), veggies to fill plate, plus 3 EL L/Cows melted for a cheese sauce to use up syns
S - rest of milk allowance from HEA.
S - 10 Grapes, 3 strawberries, slice melon and mullerlight.

Day 3

Extra Easy

B - Magic porridge (HEB Oats, mullerlight and 3oz raspberries)
S - Apple, grapes
L - 2 eggs, 2 quorn sausages, 1/3 tin beans, mushrooms, 3 turkey rashers and 1/4 plate cherry tomatoes.
D - Leftover chicken, potatoes, roast veg from last night, plus additional mushrooms and onion, and dry-fried up again to make a mess. But a tasty one.
S - 3 figs, pineapple
S - Latte made with milk HEA.

Day 4 - Extra Easy

B - Wholemeal roll (HEB) 2 eggs, plus wee bunch grapes. Coffee (HEA)
L - Bean and vegetable soup, mullerlight
S - Banana, 2 teaspoons nut butter
D - Sardines, new potatoes, vegetables

Syns - 4.5/10

But making up some syns from yesterday when I had a chewy cookie from Asda, which racks up at 17 syns or something ridiculous.
 
So restart it is then. Me AND husband this time :D

Here goes:

Day 1 - Extra easy

B - Crunchy bran and s/s milk (HEA & B)
L - Vegetable and sweet potato soup, roll (14 syns whoops :eek:) grapes, mullerlight.
D - Pork fillet, potatoes, mixed veg.
 
Day 2 (23/07)

Extra Easy

B - Scrambled egg on toast (HEB),
L - Chicken ramen (chicken breast, clear broth veggies noodles) and 2 pieces of tekka nigiri (tune ad rice)
D - Pork, potato and veggies
S - HEA (Milk), mullerlight, 12 grapes, 5 strawberries, and 2 nectarines
Syns - 1/2 slice bread to add to brekkie (2), and 1 piece of fudge wee brother brought back from Poland (5 as was largish piece)

Day 3

B: 2 slices bread (HEAB + 2 syns), laughing cow (1) 2 eggs, bowl of mixed fruit and yoghurt
L: Steamed sliced chicken breast, veggies, and tomato spicy sauce poured over.
D:Steak, potatoes and vegetables, 3 tablespoons picallilli (1.5).
S: HEA Milk,
Syns: 4.5 for the day, 24.5/30 for the week.

Day 4 - Extra Easy

B: Magic porridge and raspberries (HEB)
L: carvery, 1 yorkshire pudding, gravy, veg, meat, diet juice
D: ended up staying out really late - 2 burgers at mums with slice of cheese on each and atablespoon of coleslaw. Rolo Dessert.
S: Fruit, HEA of milk
Syns: off the wall man, plus 1 extra dash of milk for cup of tea at MIL's

Day 5 - Extra Easy

Yesterday did not go well, am treating it as a write off, and banking my syns until weigh in. I felt sick yesterday actually after eating so much crap.

B: Banoffee surpise (bran flakes, toffee muller and chopped banana, not much of a suprise!) HEB bran flakes
L: Roast pork stirfried with 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 courgette and 6 Mushrooms, salt, pepper and chilli (like from chinese)
D: More roast pork, veggies, probably garlic and rosemary this time.
Syns: None
Snacks/other: HEA milk, 1 apple, punnet blueberries if peckish.
 
Day 6 - Extra Easy

B: Muller, bran flakes (HEB) Banana
L: M&S Super Wholefoods shaker salad 20 SYNS?!?!?, apple
D: Pork curry (been eating pork for a week, I'm going to start oinking), Cos Lettuce leaves as a scoop
Snacks: Muller, Milk (HEA)


Day 7 - Extra Easy

B: Muller, bran flakes (HEB) Banana
L: Tuna Niscoise Salad,
D: Pork fillet (tomorrow is the last day!) with chinese 5 spice, fried rice with diced courgette, onion, red pepper, and pak choi.
S: Apple, Milk (HEA)

Weigh in: Week 1 - 6lbs off, which I'm quite pleased with all in.
 
Week 2 - Day 1:

B: Muller, banana, Bran Flakes (HEB)
L: Pork fillet with fried rice as per yesterdays dinner
D: Boiled egg, greens, aubergine, pepper, mushroom, courgette, noodles, soup. Kinda like Wagamama Soup (am adapting a recipe from the book)
S: Apple, Milk (HEA)
Syns: ??
 
Day 2

B: Bran flakes (HEB), toffee muller, banana
L: Tuna salad with Mango and Ginger dressing (1.5 syns)
D: Chicken breast, loads of mushrooms done in ginger, garlic, soy and chillies
S: Milk (HEA), apple and Hi-Fi bar (5.5)

Total 7/70 syns.

E: Running again tonight on week 1 day 2 of the couch to 5K plan. So get some body magic too.
 
Day 3 - Saturday - Extra Easy

B: Muller and banana
l: Salmon fillet, with honey, soy, ginger (from the EE Cookbook) and aubergine.
D: Salmon fillet, yoghurt, curry spice, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes
S: Milk (HEA) Hi-Fi bar (HEB), apple, grapes, sugar free jelly

B: FRY UP DAY!! Venison sausages (1), egg, bacon, beans, mushroom, onion, tomatoes.
S: Banana
L: If I have room, vegetable soup, all super free
D: tuna fishcakes, with cabbage, carrots and spring onion mash.
S: Milk (HEA) and Hi Fi bar (HEB)

Day 5

B: Muller, Kiwi fruit
L: 2 slices Hovis (HEB + 2syns), 2 eggs, milk from HEA, 2 plums
D: Noodles, stirfry veg, chilli sauce (1.5)
S: Milk (HEA), alpen bar, 3
Syns: 6.5/10
Exercise: 30 minutes running walking. Week 1/Day 3 of the Couch to 5 k plan.

B: Muller, fruit
L: BLT sandwich, about 1 Cos lettuce, 1 tomato, 2 bits bacon, 2 pieces Wholemeal Hovis (HEB + 2 syns), pineapple and 2 plums
D: Stir fry veg, sweet chilli sauce (1.5) and marinated fish.
S: Milk (HEA), 2 alpen bars, sugar free jelly
Syns: about 10 for the day.
