Little*red's 90 day Challenge - 30 day progress results now up

This was a new workout i had today for the start of phase two of the challenge. OMG was it a killer, lots of pushups which i can manage about 6 of (boystyle) but then i end up on my knees and they are a killer!!!
Was in town today aswell so got a bit of walking done aswell.

I missed this post...you will soon be able to do more and more...as your upper body gets stronger...I'm at 100 pushups a time with breaks between sets. I also do the power pushups where you push up off the floor or bench and land again on your hands, they really kill, but as your srength increases so does the need to change up the workout. They really do work fast...keep it up, you're at goal and all this toning is going to lower your bodyfat percentage which will make you even leaner and tighter...it's interesting and fun reshaping your body!
