ProPoints Loopeylou's Food Diary

So tired, worked late again!! then got home to a virus on my sons pc which took nearly 2 hours to resolve....all done but def going to have an early night now :)
Weigh in tomorrow, have really really enjoyed this first week on ProPoints so hope to have a loss. Bearing in mind I lost 2lb last week on SW i'd be happy with a 1-2lb loss this week.....I just want a consistent loss each week so keeping everything crossed :rolleyes:

I notice that fruit now seems to be 0 points - that's good as I always associated WW with pointing fruit which seemed unfair to me (as in, you could swap an apple for a piece of chocolate and the WW gods would think that was OK as they were the same point value...).
 
First weigh in tonight and so happy as I lost 4 lb :D

I swapped over and started on Sunday from slimming world, enjoying it so far. I get 39pp so will be sneaking in your diary to get some ideas!!

The weetabix is a good deal for 6 points isn't it. It's sometimes better value to eat 3 things, eggs etc!

I'm loving PP to be honest, far prefer to weigh and measure to know I'm eating what I should. If I dont lose then at least I can know if it was from over eating or just one of those things.
I love choc weetabix so 3 is fab!, I try to use more points at each meal time to spread the 38 out so quite happy to spend upto 8-10 for brekkie :D

Wishing you loads of luck and will be keeping an eye out for your progress too :)

Well I try to vary foods but lunch is the one I'm more the same with but to me its not my fav time to eat ( too busy!! )
Loving my new job so much :) nearly been here 4 weeks and still feel the same :D
I brought the masher and receipe file at the party as I agree it was over priced. The masher is nice and big and will suit my hubbie's bigger hands!.....as for the receipe file, it matchs the colour of my kitchen which helps and I can file all the scraps of paper I have in my drawer :) love getting organised!! lol

Sts the week, its * week looming anyday and feeling bloated but have had a great week on plan so not worried at all.
