Glad you got home safely Lou Lou, how's the weather where you are? It's just starting to snow here, only lightly so hopefully it will stay that way and won't settle:p

You did a great job staying on track yesterday, go you!

I've got my first WI tomorrow but don't "feel" like I lost anything, wouldn't surprise me with my scabby ovaries but here's hoping!

Hope you've had a good day chick x x x

Starting to snow here now, we had some at 10 this morn which settled. Met office was predicting snow between 3-9am tomorrow so its early!!.....I really hope it doesn't get worse, can't afford any time off work as so much on at the moment.

Staying on track when going to Hastings isn't too hard, my hubbies daughters don't feed us so we take packed lunch. Only prob is after 120m journey home and getting back late we don't want to cook......WW is great because I can grab a quick healthy bowl of museli etc and still stay on track :)

Good luck for tomorrow, my weigh in is at 5.45 so keeping everything crossed. Have had a good week but always nervous about results

Hi Claire, looks like you're doing well at sticking to the WW plan. Do you find it's hard to weigh and measure everything when preparing meals? Do you end up eating separate things to your family?

I don't know if a shake up like WW would do me good but I can't help feeling that I would be hungry all the time if I had to limit the quantities I ate - do you ever feel deprived on WW?

Hiya hunny,
Really don't find it a hassle to weigh and measure - quite like the comfort of knowing what an average portion is actually. Like last night I had prob 1/2 of what I would normally dish up but did have point for the other half but didn't need it, had a WW bagel a few hours later which was yum :)
I always cook far too much and always finish my plate......eye bigger than belly for me lol.
Loving WW, food is pretty much the same as I would normally cook but has the ease of quick meals and 2 breakfast in one day if working or out til really late;)
If your in a bit of a rut with SW I would really recommend the new Propoints - the 49point weekly slush fund is excellent and does really fit in with my life, some weeks are 7 points extra a day - others are 20 here and 20 there etc ( just like life its there for the unexpected and planned alike )

Feel free to ask anything and good luck with your decision :)
xx

Weigh in tonight and happy to say lost 1.5lb :D didn't stay at meeting - well tried to but 10 mins in the freezing cold and I gave up!

Hi Claire, well done on your loss this week, especially as you thought you 'hadn't lost'!! That's good going! It sounds like the WW plan is really suiting you! I've just come home from a few days away! Went to stay with Ellebear for 2 nights!! It was fantastic, followed by 2 nights at my Brother's in Bolton! Lovely to have some nephew and niece time! Tiring though! I found it really hard to stay on plan whilst away, hence I didn't!!! Holiday week this week though so pulling it back as best I can before WI next Monday!! I hope I can do enough to limit the damage and pull off a STS!! Doubt it though!!! How's the new job going?XXXX

Well done on your loss this week hun :) x

Well done Lou! Your doing so well, really pleased for you chick. Never made it to my WI due to the stupid snow! Grrr may try to get to another meeting this week if I can, if not will have to wait another week...

Good luck for this week sweetie. x x

Thanks, I was going to stay for the meeting but after 10 mins and getting colder and colder I left....not one person during that time was staying so didn't feel too guilty!
Stay on track and if you can't get to another meeting you'll have a fab loss next week.
xx

Thanks :D feeling really settled on the plan already and fitting in really well with my new job which helps.
Job's fab, very very busy but loving the work, pressure etc and thriving :) Also got paid yesterday and £280 extra a month too so all worth it!
Your weekend sounds brill, I'm sure you'll pull it back and not have a gain :) Your doing so so well and at the end of the day life goes on and we can't always be 100% on track all the time.
Hope you have a brill week......we've got issues with Pauls mum again, social services are assessing her for a care home at moment but she got picked up wandering last night at 10 by the police! We live 30mins away so went straight there, I bathed and put her to bed while the Police talked to Paul.....its so tough now but they really have to deal with it as she's no longer safe. She was out for at least 2 hours we think as the carer's went to hers at 8 to bath her and she wasn't in - stupid carer hadn't got credit on her phone to call anyone to say she wasn't there!! clearly not good enough and there investigating it.
Paul has a meeting tonight with his brothers to discuss the next step and possibly arranging resbite in the next week or so....so sad!

Really tired tonight after exploits with mother in law last night. Hubbie at a meeting with his brothers tonight to try to decide a way forward from here....so hard to deal with

I hope you manage to sort something out for MIL, must be awful. Big hugs chick to you and hubby.

Did you know you can have 1 extra light Laughing Cow triangle for 0pp! Magical yumness, I have one in place of marg for my sarnie, tasty:D

Also, you really amaze me - how can you cope with having only half of a latte! That's unheard of, but then you are talking to the girl who has a large skinny vanilla latte from Costa everyday - hand delivered at 08.50 by my secretary, she's a star! :D

I make a latte at home to take on journey to work....kind of half heated milk and half water :)
Now if its Costa then theres no way it would be 1/2 lol......at work its nescafe! boo lol
We have a Nespresso machine at home and usually will have a cappachino in the eve's with my milk allowance:p
Hows the snow?
