Yes I was really pleased with 1.5, but still frustrated that I've been lingering around the same kind of weight for about 3 months now- I suppose I'm learning how to maintain...but a bit early!! Your so close to goal now and its always the hardest bit ( apparently...will find out eventually myself lol )
All you can do is keep doing what your doing cause its working and your still living a good life which is important ;)
Were all well thanks, Pauls mum still settled. Got to sort her house out to rent / sell now to help fund her care home costs.
Our car is gorgeous, a black S Max with pimped black windows :D.
Its uses half the fuel that I was consuming before and will be so much better for towing our caravan. Can even upgrade to the heavier caravan now if we had the money lol.....fingers crossed that can be next year if we save hard!!

Had WI last night and lost another 1.5 lb so very happy :)
Also decided that I want to change my goal weight to 13 stone, a weight I will be more than happy to achieve - this will give me a total loss of 104lb....some achievement :D
I have gone beyond what being below 25 bmi now and to a place I want and will feel is achieveable for me. If at that point I feel I want and can go further then bonus but for now I want to do what in my heart I had set for myself anyway :D
Feeling very happy and totally motivated, gone are the days of treating after weigh in, haven't done that for months now I simply treeat it as any other evening so yah me lol

Right best do some work but just wanted to put my feelings down here

I don't have as much of a treat as I used to, I would always have a take away when I weighed on a Wednesday night but now I weigh on a Thursday lunch time so I have something I wouldn't normally have for lunch instead :)

I keep checking in on your menu for ideas as I find I get bored easily :)

I haven't weighed today as I'm away in Manchester visiting family & friends :)

My Choc porridge is:
40g oats, splenda and water cooked in microwave for 2-3 mins.
While cooking mix 15g Belgian Choc options with 200g virtually fat free fromage frais.
Stir into cooked oats and makes them choccy and so so creamy....lovely topped with raspberries :)

5 mins max and so filling and comforting

Wow what a weekend!!!

Since Thurs I've had 3 meals / lunches out and a take away :eek:

Hey ho....life throws these things at you and did best inbetween - not so easy Sat and sun though as sorting out MIL's house ready to rent it out.

Big line drawn and start a fresh this morning, feel good that i've got back in control so quick.

Onwards and downwards :)
