I've kind of caught up - did day 2 yesterday and day 3 today. Still hating those push-ups!

Well done Emsie - what a start to the week! I'm thinking of resting today again - got to get back on the Shred after a day off yesterday and have aqua aerobics and swimming tonight, and I'm not sure if my arms will drag me through the water if I try and cram in this too!
 
Had 2 days off at weekend but managed yesterday and will do today after WI this evening so will update after! Hard doing it alongside shred, squats and badminton! I ache in places and don't know what exercise is doing it because there is so much going on!

Although I do know badminton was a killer last night and I pulled my butt muscle - that was fun trying to do the chair dips and then my squats!! Xx
 
I've had my 2 rest days so will do Day 5 tonight :)

I hate press ups too, I have started doing 5 normal (as best I can) and 5 on my knees as I'm really rubbish at them!
