SATURDAY 30TH OCTOBER = GREEN DAY.

breakfast = shape zero yogurt.banana.

snack = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 clementines.

lunch = mushroom and wine pasta and sauce.7 cherry tomatoes.2 kiwi's.

snack = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).an apple.

tea = sw chips,3 egg omlette with mushroom,green pepper and red onion,baked beans.
desert = from frais with lemon curd(1.5syn) and a crushed up meringue nest(2.5syns) mixed in.

snack = cadbury highlight hot chocolate(2 syns).

so syns = 6.

drinks = water,2 x cups of tea with hea milk.mug of green tea with lemon.
 
SUNDAY 31ST OCTOBER - RED DAY.

breakfast = activia ff snackpot poured over frozen mixed berries.

snack = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).a banana.an orange.

lunch = cajun chicken kebabs-chicken,cajun spices,mushrooms,peppers.with lettuce and cherry toms.tomato sauce(2 syns).

snack= kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).an apple.

tea = iceland lamb in mint gravy,carrots,green beans.

snack = treat size bag of milky way stars(3.5 syns).

so syns = 5.5

drinks = water.cups of tea with hea milk.green tea with lemon.

the iceland lamb in mint gravy was horrible!!!! dont know how on earth its free as it seem very oily to me.....certainly wont be having that again.
 
MONDAY 1ST NOVEMBER = GREEN DAY.

weigh day today! i lost 0.5lb this week leaving me 3lb away from target.

breakfast = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 clementines.

snack = raspberries.

lunch = hm quick tomato soup.2 satsumas.

snacks at class = banana.kellogs fibre plus bar(heb),3 babybel lights(hea).2 satsumas.

tea = stuffed jacket potatoes-stuffed with laughing cow light triangles(3 syns),beaten egg and red onion.quorn fillet and syn free bbq sauce.

desert = syn free chilled lemon souffle from 100 delicious deserts book.

snacks = treat size bag of maltesers(5 syns),treat size twix(5 syns).

so syns = 13.

drinks = water,cups of tea with hea milk.a cup of green tea with lemon.

snack = 2 satsumas.

lunch = syn free tomato soup.3 x ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads(part heb) spread with 2 laughing cow light triangles(part hea).2 small apples.

snack = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 satsumas.

tea = veggie jambalaya.
desert = chilled lemon souffle from 100 delicious deserts book.

supper = 3 ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads(part heb) spread with 3 laughing cow light triangles(part hea).
bag of treat size maltesers(5 syns).

so syns = 5 syns.

drinks = water,cups of tea with hea milk.

tea = 3 quorn sausages,sw chips,baked beans.

so syns = 4.

drinks = water,cups of tea from hea.

THURSDAY 4TH NOVEMBER - RED DAY.

breakfast = 2 satsumas.banana.

snack = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).2 satsumas.

lunch = ham and egg salad-lettuce,spinach leaves,cherry toms,2 eggs,1.5 slices ham.
pineapple.

snack = kellogs fibre plus bar(heb).

tea = smoky sausage one pot(1syn)...from sw 2011 calendar...syns adjusted a only had two sausages and used morrisons eat smart at 0.5syn each intead of suggested ones! with cabbage and carrots.
sf jelly(0.5 syn).

snack = chocolate shape delight(5.5 syns).

so syns = 7.

drinks = water,cups of tea from hea milk.
 
I'm another fan of weetabix! I have it ever morning, I know they say to have variety but I'm not usually a breakfast person so thats all I can stomach, and it keeps me regular hahaha! x
 
It might be an idea for me to start using it more then! Trouble is on EE I like t have my HEXB for lunch (as sandwiches) so i cant have one for breakfast! :(

I can feel a few days on R & G coming up!!

Your sausage one pot sounds yummy!! I will have to have a look through my calendar when i get home tonight!! xx

snack = banana with a toffee mullerlight poured over.

lunch = harvesters!! simply chicken,plain jacket potato,peas and salad of lettuce,8 cherry tomatoes,red onion and peppers.

snack = raspberries,2 satsumas.

tea = sweet chilli chicken(1syn)-recipie from an sw mag.with roasted veg-pots,sweet pots,parsnip,carrot,butternut squash.

snacks = 2 weetabix(heb) and milk(hea).a satsuma.

so syns = 1....so far....will have more but deciding on what! will edit in morning!

drinks = water,cups of tea from hea.

i pledged 4lbs at weigh in for this week coming. :O over ambitious or what!

i would for obvious reasons love a 3lb loss this week......lol!!!! dont think i will...i dont tend to do huge losses but a girl can hope!!
