Had a great meal and stuck to plan and to top that theres 25% of your meal on a Monday night,result!!!

Got up really early and did my Steps 5 Step 5 Attack DVD - its really hard - Rach - its really hard!!!!!! - much more cardio than Davina!! But I enjoyed it!!

Glad u enjoyed ur meal and will make a mental note about the discount on a Monday (bargain) I picked a book up yest called "the little house" by phillipa gregory - well I really enjoyed it, finished it in a day but such an easy read just what i wanted for sitting in the sun ;o) x

glad you enjoyed your meal - no idea on the syns but its the lowest point option at 7 points on WW and i love it - think its really tasty

Had a meeting at my grandads home about the holiday to blackpool, getting very excited about it now, can't wait.

Only at work this morning, having my nails done this afternoon - ive got skanky hands at the moment!!! If I get back home in time, I might even talk myself into doing a little bit of Davina!!!

For some unknown reason both my pets decided they wanted my undivided attention and cuddles at 4 am!!! Honestly they are worse than kids!!!

total jealousy that is! Lenny went mental when i was petting Amber.. he hated not being centre of attention!

just thought i would pop in anyway.. not got a Davina dvd yet (waiting until payday) but am about to hop onto wii fit coach love it!

what do you get done to your nails? i've just grown mine after 22 years of biting them, and i cant get anything nice done with them as i have to wear them short and unpainted for work (i cheat and paint them with clear Hard as Nails to keep them strong and healthy looking.. but still boring )

I hadv acrylics put on but they are awful, uneven really thick and look awful, so I am ringing up tomorrow to complain and get them soaked off, (2 of them have started to lift as well and only been home 30 mins)!! way too long as well (thats more my fault though) having trouble typing and as I work as a personal assistant - slight problem, very disappointed!!!

Actually they were quite cheap, I went to the local beauty college, but I had a final year student do them who in a few weeks is off out to work, they used decent brands so I thought it would be ok, the college is supposed to be one of the best in the country and I reguarly have great Dermalogica facials and OPI pedicures there so thought I would give the acrylics a whirl as well, as of 8.30 pm 4 have started to lift off already. I used to have false nails a few years back (but the expensives ones LOL!!) and they never looked like this. Guess you get what you pay for with false nails!!

I do have to say that normally I more than happy with the treatments I have at the college and there are so much cheaper, I normally have a facial and pedicure every 8 weeks-ish and never had a bad one in 5 years of going.

All but two of my nails have started to lift this morning and they look really dull, going to ring up shortly to get it sorted.

Didn't get to do my dvd yesterday as I didn't get home in time, doing a 4 mile walk this evening though.

No I use a website called www.mapmyrun.com you can create routes and it tells you exactly how far they are, brilliant website. Theres another one called walkit.com which I have only just found out about so haven't had a chance to use it yet.
