Well another day over. Had a slight cheat in a small vodka and diet coke but weirdly didn't enjoy it. Also had a bar and soup and didn't feel hungry but made myself eat a choc shake made into a cake just in case I feel hungry over the night . Seem to be peeing for England ....weird ! Well cupps chamomile then zzzzz ..x

Thanks j ! Another pound this morning so now 12 stone 7 so veeeerrry happy ! Got a challenge today as old friend of OH called last night to say he has cooked for is today and expecting us for late lunch . May have to eat like a hamster as poor guy very Ill and doesn't get many visitors ..,,. X

only managed 1/2 day in office (work for myself) and all my staff sent me home cos I looked so rough. Feel feverish and nauseated and my stomach feels a bit upset too .....
going to have a bath and putny pjs on . Not quitting the diet but mAy have an extra pack if continue to feel so light headed ......

Well decided to work from home today although got loads to do need to ensure not getting a cold as fingers crossed in hospital Monday for big op ...and need to ensure I have no fever etc . Was originally scheduled jan 7 so been virus dodging a month now (aka no social life ) didn't even go out with my mates for my bday
Anyway had ordered wxante originally for post op ie soups to eat generally once home as nutritous and easy to make but with the plan to start diet properly 3 to 4 weeks post op ....
Decided to start last week anyway as thought may as well kick off new year eith a healthy diet and this helps cut out rubish and vino which has to be good pre op .
Not sure how this will pan out once I get home but going to play it by ear . May post query on main board restarting after op ..,,
Anyway today staying warm focused and 100% although baffled why I now weigh 12 stone 8.5 pounds which is up 1.5 from Sunday ?!!??!!! I had an extra pack yesterday as felt Ill but can't imagine that has caused the increasev?!!!
