    Does anyone bother measuring themselves to see how many inches they've lost?

    Thought I'd share this with you all. I've recently had my first wedding dress fitting so my measurements were taken. Later on I dug out a little notebook which I used to record my biggest weight and measurement and i'm chuffed to bits at the difference and thought i'd share them with you...

    Starting weight - 15stone 3lb
    Chest - 42"
    Bust - 46"
    Waist - 40"
    Hips - 48"

    New Weight - 11stone 12lb
    Chest - 36"
    Bust - 42"
    Waist - 31"
    Hips - 42"

    Inches lost
    Chest - 6"
    Bust - 4" (I've kept hold of these yay!)
    Waist - 9"
    Hips - 6"

    I'm amazed at the difference this diet makes! Hope this inspires anyone whos struggling xx

    Thats brilliant, well done I wish I had have done the same! I only know my waist as gone down from a 48 to snug 32 and my chest from a 54 to a 41 and gained an 1"1/2 somewhere?????;-p

    Have you kept any of your "fat clothes"? Try them on again and take another pic. I've still got the suit from my pic, only wore it that one time so I plan to do a photo holding the waistband etc.

    I have still got them blue boxers from the fat pics and I can pull them over my shoulders now I keep thinking I should post a pic of it lmao x

    funny isnt it they say the middle is the slowest to come off yet the most noticable is exactly there???
