Being good and tracking my BS but gosh it's hard when the meter starts talking rubbish!
This morning FBG - 6.8, then madly did it again, 8.3 then just to get a clearer picture(!) did it again. 7.7. Which is real, no-one knows. Grr.
On the plus side, had a mad moment an date 4 After 8 chocs earlier (i know, ridiculous) and after one hour? 8.5
