1200 cals start
day 1,
Breakfast:~ 2 grilled bacon rashers, 1 dry fried egg, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Mid morning:~12 seedless grapes

Lunch:~ pitta bread filled with 100g prawns and mixed salad

Mid afternoon:~ fresh pineapple

Dinner:~ ready meal, tesco light choices

day 1 and i hope all goes well

Looking good kaz boy it's mind blowing lol.! think i will start a diary tomorrow.!

it's amazing looking at food labels and seeing the fat content.x
 
day 2
Breakast:~ weetabix and milk

Lunch:~ 300 cal sandwhich.

Dinner:~ roast chicken, roast sweet potato, veg and gravy

Power snacks:~ fruit and yogurt

nice did you buy your yogurts then? which ones? i must im not really following the book are you? but sticking to the daily allowance.!!
That's a must i suppose. haha

i brought ski low fat yogurts as they were on offer in tesco bogof
yes i am trying to follow the book but i am swaping them around as there are some i dont like
 
i had weetabix when i got in from work, as i have decided to turn my days upside down dinner before i go to work, lunch at work and breakfast when i get home as i work 2pm-2am
 
day 3

Breakfast:~ mushroom omelette and tomatoes,

Lunch:~ not sure yet will have it when i come home

Dinner:~ 3 low fat sausages with 100g mash potato and unlimited veg and gravy

Snacks :~ fruit and yogurt
 
day 4

Breakfast:~ crumpet with cream cheese and mushrooms(rosemary tv channel)

Lunch:~ Ready made healthy sandwhich 270 cals and 3.2fat

Dinner:~ chilli and rice (i used the portion pot and it was more rice than i would normally have)

Snacks:~ grapes and plums

still going strong and really enjoying it now
 
Golden day hun :D:D:D well done. I looked at the crumpets on RC TV, really fancied them, are they nice? I am so pleased you are enjoying it, thats more than half the battle. Keep up the great work.
 
day 5 tuesday

Breakfast:~ 1 slice toast topped with the yellow pot of beans

Lunch:~ open chicken salad sandwhich

Dinner:~ Chicken mixed with roasted veggies and the blue pot of couscous

Snacks:~ grapes, yogurt and pineapple

still going strong

Breakfast;~ 2 crumpets and cream cheese.

Lunch:~ chicken salad sandwhich

Dinner:~ 150g pork steak, new potatoes, peas and sweetcorn

Snacks:~ pineapple,grapes and yogurt
nearly there
 
day 7

Breakfast:~ 2 x crumpets and cream cheese.

Lunch:~ bacon sandwhich after weigh in

Dinner:~ 400 cal ready meal tesco light range chicken dinner

Snacks:~ grapes, yogurt.

well it worked -6lb this week :p
