OOh it sounds like a perfect food day to me! (minus salad...i hate salad lol)
Porridge is my FAVOURITE breakfast ever, with a tablespoon of sweetener! yummy!!
Jacket Potato and beans is my ultimate comfort food!!!

D - quorn sausage, beans, onion, chilli, mashed potato and 42g half fat cheese (hxa)

S - Hi fi bar (hxb)

L - free veggie soup

S -Melon, grapes and clementine and Hi fi bar (hxb)

D - Speghetti and Quorn Bolognese Free
