Ok - so this week's weigh-in gave a small gain of 0.2lbs.
Yesterday and today have both been fab Dukan days so I think they've offset the naughty eating at the beginning of the week.

Yesterday's PP plan:
oatbran & cinnamon porridge
ray wings & scrmbled eggs
yog & 1tbs wheatbran

Today's PV food:
cinnamon oatbran porridge
mackeral
spicy quorn with swede

...all good apart from a v. large glass of red and apple cake & custard for pud.......but the custard was made with splenda.......

Back into the 11s - gotta stop the yo-yo-ing!

Food PV today:
B: ff greek yog & sf jelly
S: 5 thin slices of ham & some cherry tomatoes
L: 1/2 tin of tuna & a dash of balsamic and 1/2 a pot of cottage cheese
D: casserole

I'm back with my food plans.
Been messing about for far too long - I'm sure if I added up all the 1lbs that I've lost and then re-gained since New Year (and if I'd not put them back on) then I bet I would have reached my goal weight by now!
So enough of this - today is a new day and a new start.

Food plan for today - PP:

B: ff greek yog, splenda & vanilla
S: sardines
L: cottage cheese
S: 3-minute choc micro muffins (made in a rectangular tray) - can't believe I haven't had these before - yummy!
D: curried mince followed by ff from frais & sf jelly crystals.

0.8lb off this morning - and more importantly....a 100% Dukan day yesterday. Onwards......

PV day today:

B: 2 slices of ham & scrambled eggs
S: cherry tomatoes & red pepper
L: cinnamon porridge
S: small bowl of from frais
D: sweet & sour turkey with veg (& a not-Dukan sauce)

159.6lb...11 stone 5.6lbs!! That's what my carb-loaded wagon-falloff has led to!

Back 100% today - taking it one day at a time but need to be back in the 10 stones and then onto goal.

PP today:

B: 1/2 of my choc muffin cake with vanilla quark icing
S: roast chicken
L: other 1/2 of my micro muffin cake
S: 2 slices of ham
D: smoked salmon & scrambled aggs

B: none
L: cheese sandwich (1 slice brown bread small amount of cheese) & salad
S: yog, oatbran & sf jelly
D: ham & pepper omelette followed by yog, 1tbs wheatbran & sf jelly.
