Still another weekend to get through, but 5 days left, wow!!!
Still worried about gaining as i havent got as low down as i would have liked in order to give myself a bigger buffer zone.
I am so hoping that with the right choices, any initial gain will level back out fairly sharpish!
Have a great day! Why don't you do your two shakes with a low carb option for dinner to start with and keep an eye on your weight as you go? I read a great diary (think it was on here) about maintaining and that's what she did.
