Monday workout... What did you do ?

Usually ride my bike it has no gears ( on purpose) make sure i go in the direction of a few hills. Do around 5 miles, its a small amount but not at full peak yet, must get more in as i go along.

If i dont take bike then i walk or sometimes i get to do both.

Was out at 10 the other night in light rain it was amazing. i have a running machine and it bores me to tears. nothing like fresh air and elements. Loooove it!:D

So realy I just try to stay active in something through the day.

All movement is a bonus:D

oh and i do want to start the podcast running next week, once i get over the vision of my wobbly bits bouncing up the road:eek:

today was 25 push ups on toes, plank 2 mins, side plank, bicep curls 3kg, body combat :)

good fun!
trying to outdo myself on the plank but not beat it yet x
 
i couldnt do all the crunches and stomach work you do, to me thats hard! :p

can do alot of crunches on the machines, but not on the floor!

Oh cool I'm good at something then...lol... Not that you would know still have a flabby tummy :-( x
 
You did all that not feeling 100% - well done!

Boxing and Shred DVD for me so 80 mins of non stop torture - Loved it tho!

I had a lot on so nipped down did 50 lengths ... Showered and left lol... Was nice actually... a change... Back to sweating tomorrow too.. :) x
 
i spend my days booked off work in the gym doing classes.... haha.
tommorow its combat, pump and zumba in the morning, pilates and another combat in the afternoon.
ill be tired out after all that lot! looking forward to the zumba :) not so certain about pilates though, might cancel on that one. x

i dont normally do all that lot on a friday! the rare day off work i get :)
 
accidently fell asleep in the afternoon, by the time i woke up my afternoon classes had started :(

still got to do the morning workout though.
combat, pump & zumba :)

really enjoyed pump this morn! x
