Right ladies its August so start of a new month & challenge....
Mine is to get back on track and get at least 4-5lbs off this month.
I also want to get to my lowest weight possible for when I go on holiday in Sept.

And my aim is to do at least 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week xxx

Could I join you all? I'd like to try and shift 8lbs this month.

Had 2 excruciating gallstone attacks last week, really concerned at prospect of surgery when I'm so overweight so it's totally given me my focus. I lost 7lbs last month but with 12ish Stone to lose its going to be a long journey.

Yes - the 2.5 lbs this week weigh in is my last on last month and means I achieved my target with 0.5 pound over ;) wooooo hooooooo
 
Well done everyone on great losses since I have been away.

I am now back from my fab holiday but off for a hen weekend tomorrow. I can't wait to get back on track on Monday although dreading seeing how much I have put on. I had a sneaky weigh yesterday and had gained 8.5lbs (whoops!) but weighed again this morning and it was only 3lbs.

Can I have a 7lb target for august please? I'm on my phone again so can't update!!

I'm not likley to have a good month as I have no will power, no drive, but i'm happy! i know that sounds silly but happy with the two stone off for now and will work at the rest soon. Want to enjoy for a bit and I promise myself I will not put any back on!!!!

hi rebecca, thanx for replying :)...well as this is my first week and i only started with RC yesterday i want to lose a stone in the first month haha...aiming for the stars and knowing i'll reach the moon and all that, my first weigh in is thursday so will update then...hopefully with a fab weight loss. xxx

So this is my first week where I have decided I am too obsessed with food so decided to focus on being healthy and they weight should shift by itself. My plan is exercise as much as I have been and keeping an eye on food, but when I want something I have it. Well it seems to have worked this week as I have lost 1.5lb.

Hopefully this will work for a bit for me and I can get back on track.

How is everyone else doing?
 
Hi,
Just back from class - I lost 7lbs (but thats over a 2 week period)
I've very recently been diagnosed with Gallstones so been a radical change in my diet too. Will probably need to alter my target, but would like to aim for 2lbs per week.
