my 100 day seatbelt challenge

Well done for being so honest. Hopefully you can get back on track. As yourself how much you want a new happier, healthier you and hopefully that will keep you focused. It does me!

Hope you are doing ok x

oops, I did it again - 2 weeks face down in carb mountain!! I fell off the wagon big time for the last 2 weeks but am back and starting again tomorrow. The damage hasn't been as bad as expected with only 3lbs gained so I should get rid of that pretty quickly.

I was on A/L and lots of socialising with friends making ok choices but a few blow outs then the first week back at work was pretty stressful and we ended up eating takeaway most nights but I really need to get back on the diet and make some progress with my health while ditching the lbs as I go. I have spent some time catching up with everyone'd diaries - so much good progress from you all that I am kicking myself even more about not sticking to the plan.

I am getting lots of Victoria's secret banners on this site which is cracking me up as I am at around 50% of my bodyweight away from being at 'angel' weight and didn't think they did plus size undies. Maybe that should be one of my goals - to be able to wear gorgeous undies and treat myself to a VS pair.

I am easing off the carbs today and increasing my water intake in preparation for the big restart. Wish me motivation (I need more than luck)!

Don't beat yourself up you are back and that's the main thing - 3 lbs gains is really good (if you know what I mean) good luck for your restart tomorrow x

I think 3lbs is pretty reasonable. I put on 2lb in one evening off plan earlier this week.
Banners on here are a bit crazy. I know these things usually adapt to your browsing habits but mine is currently showing ads for 'tough mudder' races!

Countrylass - where are you? I hope your restart went well and that you're just too busy to post. Come back to us!!!! Just finished week three, so I've caught up with you. It seems like no time since I started. Only 9 weeks to go and then a lovely break for a few weeks over the summer. After that I get to do it all over again!

Another bad week. I am going to bow out of here for a few weeks until i get myself sorted and at least a week into ketosis. Keep up the good work everyone and ill be back soon.

Sorry to hear you are struggling. I think this weather is not helping as it is so cold...if it warmed up a bit it would make doing a vlcd that bit easier.

Don't be too hard on yourself...we all have times like this. (((HUGS)))

Aw honey I feel your pain. I had a bit of a crap weekend. I hope you can get yourself into the right frame of mind to come back soon 100%. :asskick:
