my 1st week weigh in !!

hi , i got on the scales this morning and the results were a 9LBS weight loss !!
Im very excited because ive never felt better not even tempted to cheat. My skin is more clear ,i dont feel bloated and one of my chins has gone hehe. So im very pleased with that result looking forward to next weeks weigh in

If you have stuck to Exante 100% you are most likely in Ketosis.

Ketosis shows itself by a funny taste in the mouth for some, more energy, less hunger etc

I have stuck to it 100% and am definately experiencing energy surges (which is annoying most people as I have tons of energy normally anyway) and lack of hunger so guess I am!! Thanks
