My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

Off to Zumba in the minute but thought I'd post up my food diary first in case I'm too knackered later!!!

Day 47

Tuesday 15th March 2011

Breakfast - Toffee Muller Light
Banana

Lunch - Chicken salad made with cooked chicken breast, green baby leaf salad and a couple of new potatoes
Apple

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus Milk chocolate (5.5 syns)
3 x mini babybel light (HEa)
wafer thin chicken
1/2 a pack (shared with my youngest son!) of treat size cadbury's buttons (2 syns)

Supper - Beef burger made with extra lean beef mince, cumin, corriander and seasoning. Served in a whole meal bun (HEb) with green salad, onions, gerkins & a mini babybel light (2 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling Lemon & Lime flavour water, Green tea & Sugar Free Red Bull

Exercise - Zumba (1 hour)
 
How was Zumba last night?

I still am plucking the courage up to go try it out!
 
@ Nikki - It was good - although not as good as before as my fav instructor has left :( You should go for it - everywhere seems to be going classes now :) Aching today though as I did Aqua so thats 3 days in a row of classes!!!
 
Day 48

Wednesday 16th March 2011

Breakfast - Vanilla & Dark Chocolate Sprinkels Muller Light
Banana

Lunch - Jacket potato with tined tuna, extra light mayo (0.5 syns), sweetcorn & red onion served with iceberg lettuce
Apple

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus Milk chocolate (HEb)
3 x mini babybel light (HEa)
handful of wafer thin chicken
Milky Bar buttons (4 syns)

Supper - Ate out at a local pub for a friends birthday but I was very good resisting the alcohol and pretty much any syns.
Rump steak grilled with new potatoes and salad (dressing on the side & used 0.5 syns at most)

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea, Coke Zero & Sugar Free Red Bull

Exercise - Aqua Aerobics/Swim Gym (45mins)

Thursday 17th March 2011

Breakfast - Vanilla & Dark Chocolate Sprinkels Muller Light

Lunch - Chicken salad made with chicken breast, baby leaf salad leaves, green beans, boiled egg & syn free salad dressing (Kraft Light)
Apple

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus Milk chocolate (HEb)
3 x mini babybel light (HEa)
Mini Milk Ice Cream (1.5 syns)

Supper - Stirfry made with lean lamb steak (any fat removed) marinated in garlic, ginger, green chilli, soy sauce, honey (1 syn) red onions, bean sprouts, peppers, sweetcorn, cabbage and served with thin egg noodles.

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (2.5 syns), Sugar Free Red Bull, Tesco slightly sparkling grapefruit flavoured water, Options Indulgence hot chocolate (3 syns)

Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine
 
Really disappointed after this mornings wi as I've only lost 1lb! No treats for me today then :(

Friday 18th March 2011

Breakfast - Jordans Museli (HEb) with 4 x tbsp semi skimmed milk (1 syn)
Banana

Lunch - Salad with tinned tuna, Light salad cream (1.5 syns), green beans, baby leaf salad leaves & egg
Apple

Snacks - Muller Light New York Style Cheesecake (1 syn)
Rivita (remainder of HEb) with Laughing Cow Light (1.5 syns)

Supper - Chicken breasts stuffed with cheese (HEa) & quark and served on a bed of leeks with sliced & baked new potatoes, brocolli & asparagus.

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (2.5 syns), tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5), Sugar Free Red Bull, Tesco slightly sparkling grapefruit flavoured water, Options Hot Chocolate Hazelnut Flavour (1.5 syns)

Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine
 
Day 51

Saturday 19th March 2011

Breakfast - Healthy Fry Up with 2 Tesco Healthy Living Cumberland sausages (2 syns), fried eggs (using fry light), turkey rashers, baked beans and tomato Ketchup (0.5 syns)
Banana

Lunch - Salad with Piri Piri Chicken, green beans, baby leaf salad leaves, & a boiled egg
Apple

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus Bar - Milk Chocolate Flavour (HEb)
Mini BabyBel Lights x 3 (HEa)

Supper - Tuna steaks with chilli, corriander and lime. Served with baked potato slimming world chips, pak choi & green beans.

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea ,tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5), Coke Zero & Cava (12 syns)

1/2 a packed with treat size Milky Bar Buttons (2 syns)

Supper - Chicken Bol Pasta - with celery, onions, passatta, parsley and parmasan cheese (HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea ,tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5), Tesco's Slightly Sparkling Orange Flavoured Water and Options Hot White Chocolate (2 syns)

Went a bit mad on the exercise today for some reason :eek: Now idea why or how as I had an awful night last night as 11 month old son is teething his back teeth :sigh:

Wow well done on all the exercise! Your diary today looks really nice! I've just been and got some deli light blue cheese squares I've heard people talk about so may try them tomorrow with Ryvita! Xx

1 x Mini Babybel Light (part of HEa)

Supper - Baked potato with chicken bol filling (from sunday night), topped with 1 x Mini Babybel Light (Remaining HEa) and served with green salad with syn free dressing.

Drinks - Mineral Water, Green tea , Tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5 syns), Tesco's Slightly Sparkling Flavoured Water and Options Hot Chocolate (3 syns)
