My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

Day 37

Saturday 5th March 2011

We went to a friends wedding & after 5 weeks of being good, the SW rule book went out of the window as planned. So we didn't bother doing a diary today!!! Back on SW Extra Easy today though :D
 
Day 38

Sunday 6th March 2011

Breakfast - Toffee Muller Light
Banana

Lunch - Turkey Sandwich, made with wholemeal bread (HEb), wafer thin turkey, a boiled egg, Extra Light Mayo (0.5), Low fat spread (1 syn) and green salad

Snacks - apple

Supper - Chicken breast stuffed with low fat mature cheese (HEa) & quark, wrapped in lean bacon (fat removed) with a passatta sauce, asparagus & pasta (although I couldn't eat the pasta!)

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5 syns) and Coke Zero

Exercise - None
 
Day 39

Monday 7th March 2011

Breakfast - Muller Light Vanilla and Dark Chocolate flavour
Banana

Lunch - Sashimi & Sushi (sushi rice - 1.5 syns) with edamame beans, chicken salad and 2 x miso soup (3 syns)

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar milk chocolate flavour (HEb)
3 x Mini Babybel Light (HEa)

Supper - Pork stirfry with ginger, green chilli, garlic, honey (1 syn), soy, onions, bean sprouts, peppers, sweetcorn, cabbage and thin egg noodles

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Coke Zero and Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)

Exercise - Legs, Bums & Tums (1 hour) and a walk on the beach with the kids :D
 
Day 40 - Pancake Day :D

Tuesday 8th March 2011

Breakfast - Muller Light Vanilla flavour
Banana

Lunch - Chicken salad with chicken breast, mixed lettuce, low calorie dressing, boiled egg, green beans & spring onion

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar milk chocolate flavour (HEb)
3 x Mini Babybel Light (HEa)
Apple
2 x Pancake using powder mix & water (4 syns) with sugar (1 syns) & lemon

Supper - lean pork medalions cooked with Fry Light in onions, veg stock, Waitrose low alcohol cider (don't know exactly but 2 syns at most), garlic, english mustard powder and fat free fromage frais with rice & curly kale (very yummy indeed thanks @jakeyc!)

Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling water grapefruit flavour and Coke Zero.

Exercise - None apart from a little walking around our hilly town with the baby!

Feeling really nervous about this weeks weigh in after saturday's drinking at the wedding. Just hope I don't gain...have been very good rest of the week so far so we'll see!
 
Still feeling guilty about the weekend so have been very good today and only used 0.5 syns. Also went for a salad again for lunch. Hoping to get an early night so I get some much needed sleep and don't get tempted by any snacking but my youngest son won't settle :( Of course that means my eldest can't sleep either...hubs is out so sadly it's just me trying to keep them both happy!

Anyway here is today's diary...oh and I also did sit ups today too ;)

Breakfast - Muller Light Toffee flavour

Lunch - Chicken salad with piri piri chicken breast, mixed baby leaf lettuce& rocket, low calorie dressing, boiled egg & green beans

Snacks - Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar dark chocolate & almond flavour (HEb)
3 x Mini Babybel Light (HEa)
Apple
Carrot

Supper - Salmon fillet cooked in lime juice, green chilli and corriander with jacket potato, low fat spread (0.5 syns) and purple sprouting

Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling water grapefruit flavour, Sugar Free Red Bull & Green tea.

Exercise - Aqua Areobics/Swim Gym (45 mins) and 100 sit ups using Delta machine!
 
You have still have a good day today and the salmon sounds lovely! Hopefully it will help you with weigh in. I'm dreading Saturday night because it is going to be lots of alcohol and food and there is noway of staying on plan! Really don't want a gain are last nights loss. I am really craving a jacket potato so think I may sneak a green day soon.

Keep it up hun, it will pay off :)
 
Thanks Nikki - fingers crossed for tomorrow that you are right & these few days of pretty much no syns helps me! Sounds like saturday will be a fun night - it'd be a shame not to enjoy it so make sure you do :)

Right today's diary. I was very hungry today as am trying to cut out as many syns as possible until tomorrow to make up for the wedding last weekend!

Lunch - Homemade Spicy Butternut Squash Soup - made with veg stock, butternut squash, tomato, carrot, chilli, cumin, corriander, paprika, garlic and lentils
Apple

Snacks - 3 x Mini Babybel Light (HEa)
Apple

Supper - Spag Bol with extra lean mince and sauce made with tined tomato, garlic, onion, herbs, seasoning, worcestershire sauce, carrots, celery, courgette, sweetcorn & mushrooms - served with pasta twists

Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling water Grapefruit flavour, Sugar Free Red Bull & Green tea.

Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine
 
I've ended up down the pub and ordering takeaway tonight, oh well had 2 good days n then got 2 days to make up for tonight and then 3 days after Saturday night to make up for it so I think I might get away with it. Fingers crossed!

Well done on your no syns for the last few days hun!
 
So chuffed today! I lost 1 lb this week which I never expected after the wedding last weekend!

Supper - Lean lamb steaks (seasoned with cumin & corriander) with SW jacket potato wedges, purple sprouting & green beans

Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling water white grape & black currant flavour, Sugar Free Red Bull ,tea with semi skimmed milk (remaining HEa) & Options, Indulgence Chocolate Brownie hot chocolate (3 syns)

Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine

Supper - Jacket potato with baked beans, cheese (HEa) and green baby leaf salad
Apple

Drinks - Mineral Water, Sugar Free Red Bull, green tea & I might have an Options hot choc later (2 syns)

Exercise - None :(
 
Amazing party last night! Drank and ate too much.... In fact far too much but was a fab night!

Going on a booze free diary now until Easter I think so 6 weeks to go!

Supper - Lamb chilli made with lean lamb mince, onion, fresh green chilli, chilli powder, cumin, red pepper, tinned tomato, fresh tomato, garlic and served with plain rice, low fat cheese (HEa) & fat free plain yoghurt

Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling apple & raspberry flavour water, tea with semi skimmed milk (1.5 syns), green tea & Options Indulgence Chocolate Brownie hot chocolate (3 syns)

Glad you had a fab time last night Nikki and good luck with your no alcohol plan :) Its tough but it seems to work... I'm trying to keep off it as much as possible until my hubs birthday in April! ;) xxx
 
I'm not sure how long it will last because I totally forgot that I have my cousins 21st party on April 2nd and the OH is taking me away at the end of the month, so I don't think it will last if I'm honest but oh well ill just cut back even more than I have done already!

My knee is playing up today which is very annoying as i've just booked 3 exercise classes so need to try to do them as it all helps with the weight loss & toning!!! LBT's tonight, Zumba tomorrow and then Aqua Aerobics/swim gym on weds! Eeeekkk

Will post today's food diary once I'm back from Legs, Bums & Tums!!!

Ive just done just dance on the wii...amazingly tired now! Very energetic and it was a good 1hr 10min session too!
