Right today's diary. I was very hungry today as am trying to cut out as many syns as possible until tomorrow to make up for the wedding last weekend!

Lunch - Homemade Spicy Butternut Squash Soup - made with veg stock, butternut squash, tomato, carrot, chilli, cumin, corriander, paprika, garlic and lentils
Apple
Snacks - 3 x Mini Babybel Light (HEa)

Supper - Spag Bol with extra lean mince and sauce made with tined tomato, garlic, onion, herbs, seasoning, worcestershire sauce, carrots, celery, courgette, sweetcorn & mushrooms - served with pasta twists
Drinks - Mineral Water, Tesco slightly sparkling water Grapefruit flavour, Sugar Free Red Bull & Green tea.
Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine
