Hiya MelA,

THought I would just say hello and that your menus look good so far.
Just a wee query though. Why have you got your Covent Garden soup as a HE b?

Hope the pounds start droppign off for you :D

@hondapeeps - Hiya & thank you ;)

With regards to the CG soup - I know if I made a veg soup myself it could be syn & HE free but I just didn't have time :( Hoping to do it this week though. I had that soup in the fridge from before I started the diet and was advised it is ok to use as a HE b - I hope this is right!?! :eek:

Yes you are very right! Its ok :D
I was having a look through my book today and noticed they have veg soup down if its not home made.
Confusion Over! :eek:

I made a Lentil and Bacon soup last week, my goodness it was superb and very filling!

@hondapeeps - thanks, I'm trying very hard to keep it yummy & interesting. I want my husband to keep doing it with me so I let him choose the evening meals a lot and he is a great cook which helps ;)

Good luck for Thursday then ;) It feels like it takes forever for the next weigh date to come around!!!

Nope not joined a group although there are a few around. My MIL used to go to a local one and said she spent far too long queuing up the get weighed!!! Also the times don't suit me with the kids and fitting in exercise nights etc. So I've signed up online and think its pretty good. Its helping doing it with Jake too though thats for sure. Neither of us want to be the first to crack lol!

How about you? Oh and whats your name btw? Mine is Jemela :)
