My diary - to get rid of that middle aged spread...

I am starting my food diary online so I can access it anywhere. This is my first day and this is what I am planning to have:

Green day:

B - Apple, banana, FF yoghurt
L - Jacket potato, tuna, salad
D - Quorn Moussaka, salad, olives in brine (1 syn)
Snack - 2 slices of toast (HEX B) with marmalade (4 syns)
Skimmed Milk 350ml x 2 (HEX A) (2nd 350mls will be used to make skinny lattes)

Hopefully, I have my HEX's the right way around....
