    Lunch 175g of mussels
    Snack 2 x hard boiled egg
    Tea cod fillet
    Dessert sugar free jelly

    Weight 9 stone 7 (hurrah!) though obviously can't be trusted around crab sticks and I remember last time more than 3 a day made me stall so going to try not have them x

    Breakfast total 0% with oat bran and a little sweetener

    Snacks 2 x boiled egg

    Lunch tuna

    Tea cod with a tiny bit of mustard
    Dessert sugar free jelly
