I will shop around for trainers, not paying that much!
I love the couch 2 5k, things like that keep me motivated:)

Yesterday was fine, took Holly for a long walk. Not very sunny today but had a nice walk.
Extra Easy day

Breakfast:2 weetabix and yogurt (HEB)
Milk allowance during the day/milky coffee at night.
Lunch:pasta pot and homemade soup (free)
Dinner:Lamb hotpot (1 sin but as we had it between 2 of us, prob 2!) Got nervous when it came to putting egg in to the cooked mince but it turned out really nice, both loved it;)
Stewed plums:3.5
Weetabix cake (nibbled at this so not sure)3.5 at most
Shapers bar (love them!) 4.5
maltesers:5
oops 16.5 syns:(
 
Woke up with a cold, hubbie is so generous in sharing his germs:p

Had CBT assessment today, not easy but can see how it is going to help:sigh:

Took advantage of being in town and hit "Primark",took some stuff back I bought the other day and got more things, well shopping is therapy I say;)
Don't want expensive stuff when I hope to be in a smaller size, one day soonish;)

Came home and to my amazement:
Completed week 1, day 3 of Couch 2 5k
I am sooo chuffed with myself, I know it's only the first week, but hey it's progress:)
 
Stuck to plan yesterday.:)

Today I had a "sofa day" as poorly with a cold. Not good with colds:(
Not hungry today:sigh:
Extra easy day
Breakfast:Weetabix and milk
Lunch:pasta Pot
Dinner:Chicken Curry and rice,2 sins for curry paste I think.
Drank a lot of Lift (lemon tea)so prob hit syn total.

Well, what can I say, simply amazed when I got on the scales this morning:
I lost 4lb last week:D
I was so surprised I got on and off the scales 3 times to check;)
Finally my patience has paid off:)
I have been poorly with this cold I've got so have eaten less but hopefully it wont go on again next week:eek:
I just want to say thanks to this forum I have never thought of giving up and value the wonderful support you get on here:)
Extra Easy Day
Breakfast:Felt to poorly to eat!
Lunch:Spagetti rings and wholemeal bread
Snack:WW yogurt and blueberries
Dinner:Steak,jacket potato,mushrooms,tomatoes,cheese,beans
Probably fruit, maybe some syns later!

Thanks to those of you who congratulated me on the weight loss.:)
I have been struggling with a cold from hell, it's really hit me hard!
I have been pulled down by it, which is a shame, as I felt like I was doing so well, physically and mentally:(
Hopefully I can pull myself back up again.
I miss the exercise so much, can't wait to be well enough to get into it again.
My eating has been far less as not felt very hungry.
Today is extra easy day
Breakfast:Weetabix, milk and blueberries
Lunch:Homemade soup with courgettes and tomatoes/chilli
Dinner:Shepherds pie with free veg

Hopefully tomorrow I will be feeling a bit better, I sound as if I have a smoker's cough, but have never smoked in my life;)

I have been reading your diary today. Sorry you have had such a hard time at work. Don't give up on your diet you're doing brilliant. :clap:

Losing the weight and doing all the exercise you are doing will help to clear your head and make you feel loads better and when you do go back to work, the new slim, confident you can kick the office bullies ass with your new found confidence and body to die for!

Keep going and remember we are all on here for you to pick ideas from, chat to and even take your bad mood out on!!
