Snack:

hard boiled egg x 1 = 1.5
Licourice sweets = 1

Dinner:
Small chicken breast = 2
ww tortilla = 1.5
60g uncooked rice portion = 3
Lettuce, onion, red and green pebber = 0
spices = 0
oil = 1
ww sour cream = 0.5
kransekage = 1
can diet coke = 0

Stewed cabbage = 0.5

Didn't loose at weigh in today :-( but at least I stood still and didn't put anything on.

Sushi = 7

Thanks Lesley, I am trying to stay focused, it's just sooooooo annoying when you don't loose anything especially if you think you have been good. But I know what you mean. Thanks for the encouragement

Not counting points today as this is my treat day. Will be going out for a chinese tonight and want to enjoy it. Will be good rest of the week.:D

I eat Chinese regularly and find it surprisingly low in points - have you checked out the Eating Out Guide? Only mentioned it so that you can eat them without feeling you've blown your points!

I can't find my going out guide any more but to be honest, the amount I had, I would have gone over my points, I am sure.
Shared a special mixed starter, then had Chicken Satay and shared a egg fried rice and a vermicelli noodle dish. Have you got a list or anything with the general points for Chinese at all??

Chocolate pieces x 7 = 7

Total used = 26

Not the best of days but knew that was going to be the case as I had my man over. Have been good all week though so am sure I will be fine

Yippee! Another 3 pounds off so that is 12pounds in all now! Only two away from my first stone! I swear that will happen next week!​

Medium fries = 5.5
sweets = 1

Total - 39 Oops!! Never mind - decided to treat myself yesterday as I've been soo good for over a month now and needed a little treat. Back on track tomorrow.

Exercise:
45mins Pole dancing = 3

A big well done Julie, 3lb loss is great - you've done really well - again! I'm really pleased for you. Keep it up and you will easily lose that 2lb for next week the way you are going. :D
