My new diary for a new start

Tuesday 9th March 2010

Total for today - 20

Breakfast:
Muffin = 2.5
4 thin chocolate slices = 0.5
Sk milk = 0.5

Snack:
Hardboiled sweets x 2 = 0.5
Tesco own brand quavers = 1

Lunch:
WW chicken, potato and leek soup = 1 (tasted like dog food! yuk! lol )
Sushi = 3.5
Apple = 0.5

Dinner:
Large portion pasta = 3
Pesto = 3
Chicken pieces = 1.5
chocolate slices 0.5

Total - 18

Felt quite hungry during the day today but think that is because I am bored at work. This will help when I start doing my driving instruction full time as I won't have time for food then. lol

Hi Julie - you made me laugh with - WW chicken, potato and leek soup = 1 (tasted like dog food! yuk! lol ) - this is my favourite WW soup at the moment! Mind you, I have yet to try dog food - not sure of the points though?!! :D

Hi Lesley, well, it certainly didn't taste of chicken..... lol The 1 point is what it said on the tin so presume that is correct

Artificial sweetener = 0
Sugar 1tsp = 0.5?

Snack:
Tesco brand quavers = 1

Lunch:
Bread = 2.5
Scrambled eggs x 2 = 3
Chocolate slices = 0.5
teaspoon mayo = 1?
Milkyway = 1.5
8 chocolate slices = 1

Dinner:
2 X Breadslices = 2.5
margarine = 1
2 x ryvita = 1
cheese triangle = 0.5

Total today - 18

They are basically just a little square very thin sheet of either dark or milk chocolate that we danish people can buy in the shops to put on our sandwiches

Snack:
Coop chocolate cake mini = 3.5
Co opIced bun mini = 4
Work colleagues birthday and couldn't resist :-(

Dinner:
4 x bread slices = 5
cheese triangle x 2 = 1
ham = 0.5

Total - 23 (ups!)

roasted pepper pesto = 1.5
20g double gloucester cheese = 2
ww petis pain = 1.5
Chocolate square = 1

Total = 18.5
 
Hey just a tip, if you have an iceland near you they do petit pains in their that are about the size of 2 ww ones for 2.5 points and they are lovely, like real baguette rather than the ww ones which i find a bit crappy. Ive swapped for those, just incase you interested :)

Yeeesssssssss! Lost another two pounds so that is my first stone now! Only 2 more to go... lol

Cheese 20g = 2

Total used = 15.5 (OMG! Can't believe I survived on this little amount of points!)

Thanks sweetie, it's my birthday this weekend so will be very very bad for the whole weekend so might not be as lucky next week but that is ok. Think I deserve it lol
