Breakfast:
Porridge = 1.5
Milk = 1
sugar = 0.5

Snack:
Strawberry tart = 3.5???

Lunch:
Pasta = 3
Red pepper pesto = 2
Apple = 0.5

Snack:
Minstrels = 2

Dinner:
Mediterrenean roll = 3
Ham = 0.5
sweets = 1

Total = 18.5

Breakfast:2 slices bread = 2.5
ham and ww mayo = 0.5

Lunch:
Co-op chicken curry and rice = 6.5
bread roll = 2
co-op choc mousse = 1

Dinner:
2 x cadbury cream egg = 6
apple = 0.5
sweets = 0.5

Total - 19.5

Not the best day today as you couldn't really call the above dinner but I had some news that made me a bit upset so I though fxxk it! Be better tomorrow

Hi ya. Sorry I'm not sure about the strawberry tart - I wouldn't worry too much though, it was only a one off and everybody deserves a little of what they fancy ocasionally! Bet the lbs still drop off this week! :D

I weighed myself today as I know I am gonna be bad this weekend as it's my birthday celebrations. I lost another two pounds!

Total for today = 20

Breakfast:
2 slices bread = 2.5
cheese = 2
red onion relish = 0.5

Lunch:
Chicken nuggets = 4
bread = 2
crisps = 2

Dinner:
Chicken = 3.5
lettuce and cucumber = 0
2 large glasses wine = 4

Total = 20.5
 
Sunday 21st March 2010

Total for today - Not counting but putting down here anyway to see how much I actually ate

Breakfast:
3 x marcipan eggs with soft nougat filling = ???
half easter egg = ???

Lunch:
Prawns with sweet chili dressing = 3
Baked crisps = 1

Dinner:
Thai restaurant
Half a mixed special platter
masaman chicken curry
steamed rice
1 malibu and diet coke
 
Belated happy birthday! Hope you had a lovely weekend celebrating. Well done on another 2lb off, you are doing so well and putting me to shame! I like the 'egg theme' for Sunday breakfast!

Thanks Lesley, it wasn't quite what I had hoped but hey, another year older anyway lol. Yes, the eggs came from my mum in Denmark and they were delicious. I really miss certain things from home so they went down a treat!
Want another two pounds off this week so am gonna have to be really really good! However, got myself a new pair of jeans yesterday and I got them in a 14 so really chuffed as it's a very long time since I could squeeze into that size.

Southern fried chicken x 4 = 5
Oven chips = 3
ketchup = 0.5
ww caramel rice pudding = 1.5

Total = 18.5

Exercise:
45 mins pole dancing: 3
1hr pilates = 2

Carrot cake = 3
Doughnut = 4
No bloody points left for dinner! Ahh well, will just have to be a bad day! Back on it tomorrow again

margarine = 0.5
sweeets = 1

Yes, another pound off which makes it 17 in all. Wanted two off but one is definitely better than two. Not gonna count points today as having my weekly treat day and going out with the girls to celebrate my belated birthday tonight so will probably loose track but gonna start counting anyway.

Thanks, think I might have ruined the good work I have done though as I've been very bad over the last two days with drinking last night and food today. Ah well, back in the saddle tomorrow x

4 x macaroon fingers = 4

Total = 27

Ohhhh dear, it didn't stop there. Had more

Crisps = 8
cad cream egg = 3.5
cola bottles = 1
2 macaroon fingers = 2

Total: 41.5!!!!! OH DEAR!!!!
