hi can I join in this thread. iv been chatting to a friend who is currently if and it sounds right up my street.

my name is sarah im 28 and currently weigh 10 st 10lb....or there abouts. I go to the gym and do mainly weight training and im starting a new journey of running lol.

im gonna start mtt fasting from tomorrow at around 2pm ish and finishing at 6pm.

any help given will be appreciated and im hoping this works. my partner is a personal trainer and he recommends this.

Yep! Maybe get some green tea as well. When do u break your fast? Also, did u weigh this morning to see what your start weight is? X

just broke my fast gonna do 8 hours today x
 
done 7 and half hours fast. fasting begins again gonna do 6 hours tomorrow x
 
so I had a bad day yesterday didn't think I could do it.....After some maths and understanding im ready again.

so maybe it's day 1 or could class yesterday as a non fasting day?!?! xx
 
good day yesterday. I had a 6 hour window was starving last night but just drank water. feel ok today not hungry. when I get up ill weigh im doubting iv lost anything but ill see x
 
I have dropped 1lb since yesterday. gonna keep checking thru the week to make sure it's working for me x
 
well food for yest

I had a jumbo sausage
some Cadbury pebbles
then went out for dinner and I had arribiata and 2 slices of garlic bread.

total cals for yest 1465

no exercise apart from walking all day looking for a dress for next week's wedding.

I went to a wedding party last night and only had 1 white wine spritzer.

no change in weight today. gonna hang on til 12 for food x
