Wednesday - Red Day

Well, lets hope that I have this better planned than yesterdays shinanigans. lol
Comments very welcome everyone, thank-you.

Red Day today:-

Breakfast:- Quorn Sausages (free), scrambled eggs (free), mushrooms (free)

Lunch:- 4x Nimble (HEB x 2), 2 slices Kerry Low Low cheese (HEA), lean chicken breast (free), salad stuff (free), 1 tbsp Hellmans Light (2 syns)

Dinner:- Lean Sirloin Steak (free), beansprouts (free), 28g garden peas (1 syn), 3 tbsp gravy (no fat-2 syns)

Extras:- Turkish Delight (9.5 syns), banana, grapes, mullerlights, water, pepsi max
Total Syns today = 14.5

Lunch:-
prawn salad (142g prawns salad stuff all free)
2 tbsp Hellmans Light mayo(4 syns) and 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn).
2 scan bran (1 syn), 28g Philadelphia Light (2 syns)

Dinner:-
Home Made Cottage Pie (lean mince, onions, mushrooms, passatta, 1 tbsp tomato puree(1/2 syn),swede and 42g reduced fat cheddar topping(HEA) served with brocolli, cauliflower and carrots, 28g peas (1 syn)

Extras:-
1 bag Ryvita Minis (HEB), 2 Alpen Lite bars (HEB), 1x bag WW cheese tortillas (4 syns)
Total today = 13.5
 
Friday - Green day

Breakfast:-
tinned potatoes and mushrooms cooked in Fry Light and 2 poached eggs

Lunch:-
Chicken Savoury Rice, 2x nimble white (HEB), 2x Kerry low low cheese slices (HEA)

Dinner:-
Homemade Quorn Tikka Curry
(Quorn pieces, mushrooms, onions, peas etc, tikka curry powder, 1/2 can batchelors low fat chicken soup (3.5 syns), served with boiled rice and 1 poppadum (2 syns)

Extras:-
banana, grapes, Mullerlights, water, pepsi max, Ryvita Minis (HEB), 4 Mikados (2 syns)

Total today = 7.5 syns
 
Saturday - Red

Red Day

Breakfast:-
42g weetabix crunchy bran (heb)
Milk (not all -hea)
Lunch:-
2 x nimble brown (heb)
2 x Kerry Low Low cheese slices (hea)
Tesco Chicken Tikka pieces (free)
salad (free)
Dinner:-
lean steak (free), cauliflower (free), carrots (free), 1/2 of a Schwartz cheese sauce packet(3.5 syns), made with rest of milk allowance..
Extras:-
banana, grapes, mullerlights, pepsi max, water, 3 scan bran (1.5 syns), 28g philadelphia light (2 syns)
Total syns =7

Sunday - Extra Easy

Extra Easy today as we eat out at parents house every Sunday, just makes it easier.

breakfast:-
lean bacon(free), 2 eggs scrambled(superfree), mushrooms(superfree), banana(superfree)
lunch:-
asda meat free chicken style fillet(3.5 syns), SW wedges(free), left over cauliflower(superfree), tiny amount of left over cheese sauce(2 syns), grapes(superfree)
dinner:-
roast chicken(no skin free), boiled potatoes(free),brocolli(superfree),cauliflower(superfree),carrots(superfree)brussel sprouts(superfree), 1 tsp Flora extra light(1 syn)
extra:-
Ryvita Minis (heb), pepsi max, water
Total syns today= 6.5

Hi Debby, good couple of days but I notice you have used 2 HEb on your EE day when you are allowed only 1. If you have already eaten them you'll just have to syn one of them.

When is your weigh in?
 
I think you will find the Asda fillet is right - only Quorn fillets are syn free - the Tesco own brand fillets are about 3½ syns too.
