DAY 1
breakfast: lt choc shake
lunch: caramel maintainance bar (which was really nice but extremly filling!)
dinner: grilled cod fillet, peas and broccolli (which i struggled to eat was still stuffed from lunch!)
it was nice to eat again but i did feel a bit guilty, the nicest thing about refeed is tea with milk!!!!!! x
