DAY 1

breakfast: lt choc shake

lunch: caramel maintainance bar (which was really nice but extremly filling!)

dinner: grilled cod fillet, peas and broccolli (which i struggled to eat was still stuffed from lunch!)

it was nice to eat again but i did feel a bit guilty, the nicest thing about refeed is tea with milk!!!!!! x

day 2

breakfast: maintainance bar (these are so nice)

lunch: grilled cod and salad

dinner:turkey breast and salad

and im still managing to drink 2-3 lt of water!!

day 3

breakfast: choc whip (very nice)

lunch: tuna salad

dinner: grilled turkey , new potatoes, green veg

2.5 lts of water too!!!!!
 
thats ok im not doing anything fancy just keeping it simple

day 4

breakfast: caramel maintainance bar

lunch: ham salad sandwich (ww bread and ham)

dinner: spag bol (healthy living mince and sauce)

also an apple and 2lt of water
 
day 5

breakfast: choc whip maintainance with 1/2 sliced banana

lunch: apple (had to work overtime so by the time i got home was to late for lunch oops!)

dinner: pork stir fry (healthy living pork strips)

low fat yogurt

2lts of water
 
Your doing great missy well done, are you getting any kind of hunger or cravings? I'm just getting terrible cravings since eating i just wanna eat all the time, wish i could stay on TFR to be honest. When do you weigh in? Good luck xx
 
i must admit i was really nervous about refeed but its been fine, iv stuck to the refeed sheet to the letter iv had no hunger pangs at all (phew!) i find im full with whwt i eat sometomes i even struggle to eat it all!
wi is on Mon iv been having sneaky weigh ins on my scales iv lost 3/4s of a pound and my scales and the chemists are pretty much the same x
 
day 6

dinner: chicken curry (healthy living chicken and sauce)

day 7

breakfast: choc whip and sliced banana (again!)

lunch: 3 ryvitas with low fat cream cheese

dinner: turkey curry with brown rice
muller rice

2lts water

think im gonna lay off rice it seems to make me feel really bloated!!

day 8

breakfast: porridge with mixed berries

lunch: ham sandwich and an apple

dinner:roast chicken potatoes, broccolli, green beans and carrots
how nice was this its the 1st roast iv had since may!
 
day 9

breakfast: sultana bran cereal

lunch: ham and low fat coleslaw wrap

dinner: chicken curry and brown rice

muller rice 2 ww cookies
 
also lost 2lbs on refeed!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
