Hi all,
I've challenged myself to complete 30 days of working out. No excuses, just continuous hard effort. I'm doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 workout, and it's intense. I started yesterday, so 29 days to go. I'm loving it though, makes me feel so good afterwards, if somewhat exhausted, but in a good way! Love that post workout feeling.
If anyone else has the dvd then feel free to join me
I will be ripped in 30, well, as close to ripped as I can be lol.
