I've got up 1lb this weigh in :(, disappointed as I've stuck to the plan but because I work 12.5 hour shifts I'm not eating 3 meals a day so maybe a blanaced diet has got in the way! My shifts have finished now so fingers crossed it will go down again! Anyways here's today's diary,

Breakfast:
