Well its a few years since I was last here, I lost 5 stone but gave up before end and have regained all the weight after my pregnancy. I have bmi 0f 44 and therefore am sure would need doc to sign medical form but they flatly refuse at my surgery to do this and I cant afford to pay private:cry:. Any suggestions? Im eating more each day cos its getting me down x

Working on it
You can start on the 1200 plan without a doctors signature and work down towards a BMI of 40, really its the only thing I could suggest, I've come off to do healthy eating for a while but am planning on going back on in september but do not want to have to pay another £20 for a doctors signature so I've worked out how much weight it is i have to lose to get below it and am working towards that x

Girl on a mission
If you want to do total food replacement and not do higher plans like Emma said, maybe do exante till you're BMI is low enough..same as cd and products aren't that bad, order online and porducts are with you next day.

Still think it's wrong that your Gp won't help you when you are trying to lose weight, you would hope they would support you xx

its a bit naff they wont sign, but when i saw my dietician, who was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, she told me cd was a load of rubbish and they wouldnt sign the form if i needed them to! im lucky as they didnt need to sign ..

try exante as many have and its the same as cd except the cdc isnt there

good luck with what ever you choose to do
First things first hun, we need to start making you feel happier. So why not do healthy eating & come talk to us all online.

Isnt there a councillor you can go too who will let you join without having a doctors note?

Im sure there will be....
