Having a good day today, my son is out spending the day with his Daddy (it's only the 2nd time he's bothered to see him this year!!) so me and hubby took Sophie to an indoor play area as the weather is rubbish then I got a few bits for my dad for fathers day tomorrow and we did a shop at Iceland. I'm off to the local bingo with my mum tonight (it's about as exciting as my Saturday nights get now I've got kids lol) so going to write today's food plus bingo snacks!!

Well I didn't eat the dairylea dunker so that's 44 used but the scotch egg was 7pp not 5pp so that corrects it to 46/47 dailies used. But last night after bingo I had a little snack lol

Thankyou everyone. I try and look at it every now and again to remind myself because although I've lost 18lb i feel and look exactly the same, that's the trouble with having so much to lose it will take me 2-3st to lose a dress size to start with. But onwards and downwards, this is a part of my life this time not just some silly diet I'm giving ago. I'm determined not to put on any weight on this journey not even 1lb and I will work my butt off to achieve that!! Xxx
